Kona greeted all the customers and made each one of us feel extremely special. Customer service at its best! Extra treats for Kona!
AGGIE LYour system was down when I got there. I was told your system was down since 8an. I would have like to have been told or texted that there was a problem. But agent kept trying to get the order through. I appreciate that !

Joshua DVehicle received in filthy condition and stunk. Was never cleaned inside or out before renting. I was never given instructions on how to use the vehicle and the clerk never inspected it with me. The clerk complained about my 'list of complaints' after I reached out to U-Haul customer service and was not helpful. This location does not live up to U-Haul standards. I have now been double charged for the rental.

Ric Done of the wheels went flat when loading the trailer. When the trailer was unloaded, the wheel stopped deflating. this wheel needs to be changed

Arthur JThe van I rented had one thing that needs service, which is the fact the van pulls the right, which means it either needs a tire rotation, or a rotation and balancing, or an alignment. A majority of the highway I drove was straight, which is how I was able to discern this one factor. Besides that the van was a very smooth ride, and it maintained smooth and powerful acceleration on inclines without needing much gas in such instances, so obviously it was well maintained before I got it. Thanks for usage of such a vehicle.
Sergio MTrailer pickup and return location very difficult. Had to back trailer over curb into field. You required large pickup to tow but do not provide the room for the large pickup. U-Haul requiring scan of Driver License means you are liable if you are hacked. Don't tell me your system is secure; it's not, just like Home Depot, Target and others. Next time I'll look at other rental companies.

Brey BOur reserved truck was not at the agreed location for pick up. When they “ found” one I asked them to bring the truck to agreed location that we would wait for it. She looked at me like I was crazy and said “ we don’t deliver trucks”. We had to drive 30 miles to a different location to get a truck. We were text messaged that we’d be charged $20. If we didn’t send a video of returning it to the same location. We had no way to do that. The truck was dirty. Very, very stressful experience yet BOTH location acted as if this was just normal?

Pedro DLove the set up of the store. Really nice ladies on shift when I dropped off the truck and very helpful when I called about dropping off the trailer after hours the day before. Super easy drop off even though they were very busy. Absolutely will recommend. Thank you!!!

Yatini DHard to find. No signs to lead you except in window of store front. They said park the trailer out back. There was no marked area so had to guess which back door was the store and parked it near it.

Orlando RDriver door didn’t seal well when closed, really couldn’t tell if it was a safety issue. But I could see daylight through the weather stripping. Shocks were shot. Trucks are kept too close to bushes where the homeless have a tent set up.
Patti TThey did not have the equipment that I reserved. I reserved a Utility Dolly and a Furniture Dolly. They did not have either. In fact, they said that they never have Furniture Dollys. They were only able to provide an Applicance Dolly. Due to this, the move took longer and put a significantly larger physical toll on me and my helper. You need to remove this company from your business.
ThomS RThis truck was disgusting inside. It looked like someone threw up sticky soda and trash all over the inside of the cab. The cargo area was not swept out. The app doesn’t ever work half the time to do mobile transactions. Towards the end of our drive, we were notified on our phones of an Apple AirTag nearby, and we were able to find it inside the front bumper of the truck. Reservation agent said, “these trucks are brand new and have cruise and comfortable driving.” No cruise control Most uncomfortable seats that make you sore. Check engine light on - who knows what that was for.

Daryl JI can't think of anything to improve upon. My experience with UHaul was absolutely excellent on all ends of my moving needs. Friendly, helpful staff. It is no wonder how and why UHaul has been in business for such a long time.
