I arrived during posted hours but the place seemed deserted. I picked a snowy spot and backed in the trailer. A person finally arrived, looked in the trailer and said “fold all the blankets”. He stood around with his phone and then told me I would get my invoice by email. He did not offer to disconnect the trailer and when he saw me trying to lift the trailer off the hitch ball he finally said “do you need help?” He then helped lift.

No one was there when I arrived just after 1pm. I needed help unhitching the trailer and fortunately there were a couple guys at the property next door that helped me.
