Offer a refund for extra gas, especially when I payed 200 dollars for gas and didn't use all of it, but you still managed to charge me 75 dollars for an extra day. Please make turn in times clear to the customer, have the dealers make it clear. Please

JASON MMaybe not call the customer and say you didn’t have a 10’ but would give me a 15’ same price. Then when I get there tell me oh we are giving you the 10’ and sorry we don’t have the blankets you bought, I’m going back to renting from Home Depot. The guy John was not kind. I only sent a short distance and I had to get gas $15 then I was charged another $8 and I don’t think that was right, Home Depot give you a full tank and you return it with full gas. I will never go to this place again not tell my friends.

JOSEPH FEverything was ok until I inspected the rental. The Van was missing the driver sideview mirror which was very challenging when changing lanes. The Van smelled like manure and had stains of it on the interior of the van. I had to drive with the windows open just to air out the smell. I couldn't deny the rental because that was the only van they had and I needed the van that day. I had to lay down a barrier so that my furniture would not get any of the manure on my furniture that I was moving. I guess the cleaning fee that is imposed on customers who bring it back dirty/smelly does not really get used for that purpose before the next customers gets the rental. Please clean these rentals especially if it smells like manure!

Delanie RMy only issue with Uhaul this time was with the size truck (standard pick-up) I wanted being unavailable. I ended up with a 20' truck which I was not super comfortable driving and it cost extra. I had to take out extra insurance because I was so nervous to drive it. I estimate that I spent about $35 extra dollars because of this in addition to driving something way too big for my skill level. I will think twice next time I rent from Uhaul if the size truck I want is unavailable.
NANCY HInterior was dirty and window needed washed for visibility. Gas was said to be 1/4 tank full but line was under the mark when picked up. Costumer service was fantastic!
CALEB GI would not change a thing. All the personnel at postal annex were very professional and friendly which made my endeavor an easier experience. I will definitely use their services again.
JOSEPH CPlease have the vehicles at full tank instead of at 1/4 it’s very difficult to refill with gas. I due have to say I was credited for the gas overage.
Joanna BText instructions to find this weird location were totally inadequate. Just an address? This is just a large corner shopping center! No slightest clue as to where to go or even if I was in the right place! Totally frustrating and stressful. It COULD have been ok with some directions and info.
RICHARD STERRIBLE I WAS OVER CHARGED 60 DOLLARS, COULDNT GET AN EXPLANATION PUT OF THE LOCATION AND LEFT THE ACCOUNT NEGATIVE CAUSING FEES. WPRST EXPERIENCE. SET ME BACK WEEKS DUE TO THE BILLS I NEEDED TO PAY...TRULLY DISSAPOINTED
Arjuna TI give it an average because there was no “key drop off”. I was unsure how to leave the key in the middle of the night where there were at least 3 homeless people staring at the uhaul and me holding the key. I double checked to make sure the uhaul is locked twice. I had to think outside the box and slide the key, uhaul decal, and key ring through the gap of the Postal Annex entrance door. In essence, this would be an Above Average had there be a secured key drop off.

Thomas Swas not given the vehicle type i had reserved because the agent said "Uhaul over booked us". There was definitely a cargo van on the lot and not picked up and when i asked the agent he said "someone has it reserved" - showed me his screen where i saw both reservations - but the agent held it for the other customer who was likely not Caucasian! Agent laughed about it.
loren mMy truck rental was scheduled well in advance of my move. I was notified the afternoon before my pick up that the original location was not available and I had to go to the next town over to pick up and return my truck. I asked to just pick up the evening before, but was told no. I asked if the extra mileage could be waived, again no. I had no issues with the actual truck but the agent who contacted me had nothing to offer with regards to my inconvenience, extra fees and time.
Mark HEmployee was nice. But, since it is also a Postal Annex, the employee was working both and wasn't able to check and confirm truck was returned in good condition. Location is handy though.
SHELLEY SI was given the address of a Postal Annex. After watching the video on how to return the truck I assume there was a lockbox key, but there was not. He actually had to figure out how to go around the back of the store in order to park the truck. At least the store should’ve put a sign that said you all returns at the rear of the building. It was about an hour of wasted time I would never utilize it again.
Anthony CChange having the code to pick up truck on app disappear when you are running late for pickup. Not requiring emergency contact receive a phone call to validate reservations.
connor mWhen dropping off the truck, it said to go to the postal annex. But it should say drop off at the back of the postal annex because I did all the pictures, tried to drop off the keys and postal annex said I had to drive it to the back.
Edward D“Nation wide system down,” with zero care for how it affected the customer. Not an apology, credit or discount code. Extremely clear that the customer means nothing to Uhaul. Window was also cracked and it was not brought to my attention nor was I informed I’m now supposed to use the app to inspect the vehicle. Do you think we work for you with all these automated self serve requirements. Every time uhaul finds a way to do less for more.

It was a crazy long day of moving and we needed the truck for a little bit longer than planned, the gentleman helping me (sorry I forgot his name!) quickly made the change for me when I called for help. We wouldn’t have been able to finish our move if that didn’t work out so I really appreciate the speedy service and knowledgeable staff.

Then I got a call from a uhaul corporate representative that wanted me to change drop off locations because they didn't need the truck at my designated locations which was 14 miles out of my way. When I arrived at the drop off location it had ample parking space and no trucks like the one I dropped off. Postal annex gets an aaa+++ and u haul gets a f 🫣
Jerry BThe app did not work. I did not show up right at 8am to pick up the truck so I had to wait until Postal Annex opened at 10 to get the truck. The app could not locate the store upon drop off. I physical returned the truck on time. I did the app return the next morning. I was then charged an additional fee. The whole on line process is broken. I should not be charged extra because of technical difficulties.

Phanh LOnly issue was when we went to pickup the truck in valley center,ca and the location was closed. We were rerouted to another location and given additional mileage and an additional day.

Joseph MTight parking in rear of small storefront especially for a 26’ box truck. Then you walk around the building and enter the store. All went smoothly from there. 3rd time dropping off a 26’ box truck here so it gets easier each time.

Thomas HPostal Annex #15 was great! Everyone is friendly and helpful. It was a smooth process renting and checking out a cargo van at this location. I also utilized some of their many office and shipping services as well. Overall great place.
Gabriel AAlways make we sure the cars are clean. The van floor had a lot of dirt and unfortunately the person that help me load the van didn't notice and dirt got all over my decorations. I always get worry I will get charge for some one else mess.

Lester EOnly downside in the drop off process was that I didn't know where to drop off the truck. Thankfully the friendly people inside the store directed me to the back parking lot of the building.
