Extremely disappointed at U-hual! Made reservation online, show up at pick up location. No truck! had to go to a different location for pick up. Not only does it cost more for mileage, it also costs us time. Unable to drop off at chosen location because the lot was full, so had to drive further to return the truck. Do yourself a favor , Use a different truck rental company.

Easy pick up, great service!

Eric DI have rented about 6 trucks in the past 2 mon. Two times I made sure I put enough gas,then I look at the total and they charge me for gas,this time I took a pic of gas,they charged me again so I showed them my pic I took
Sharon DThe staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the condition of the truck was very poor. It had over 150,000 miles on it and appeared to need maintenance. I was honestly worried about its safety and had to drive the entire trip with concern. I hope U-Haul will inspect and properly maintain vehicles like this before renting them to customers.
