They said that the tank was 3/4 full and give you a paper and it has to be brought back that but when I got it it was a little over half a tank full. Luckily I took a picture and I talked to customer service online but I’m still being charged for it since I’m returning it after hours. Going tomorrow and making sure I get refunded. BE CAREFUL. Check your truck and take pictures for proof

Extremely disappointed at U-hual! Made reservation online, show up at pick up location. No truck! had to go to a different location for pick up. Not only does it cost more for mileage, it also costs us time. Unable to drop off at chosen location because the lot was full, so had to drive further to return the truck. Do yourself a favor , Use a different truck rental company.
