AMY TDid not have clean blankets or dolly. Very slow to get keys and understand the process. However, very kind person.
ROBERT ALocation was closed I spent almost 42 minutes on the phone with U-Haul trying to find out where to leave the key after U-Haul wanted me to return a 2 day rental in less than 24 hours. Never got an answer except to leave them under the passenger seat
MICHAEL PRental process was very simple. The van was clean and ready when I got there. Easy to drive. Overall, a great rental experience

Pat RA license plate light was dangling. They forgot to give us the moving blankets we reserved and we had to drive several miles to get them. They charged us for that mileage but not for the blankets.

ALEXANDER GYour service representative could’ve been a little bit more hands-on when it came to turning the truck over to the customer and then receiving it when I brought it back. It was fine. They just didn’t apply themselves as well as I would have thought.
JOSEPH MThe worker did not know what she was doing and was on her phone during checkout. We also tried picking up the truck using the app but it wouldn’t work. She also asked for our id 500000 times and took a picture of it with her personal phone. She also told us to fill the gas to half way and then we did and when we returned it they made us fill it to 5/8 instead. Also after leaving when the truck she kept trying to call me. Don’t people know if you are renting a truck; you’re probably going to be busy USING THE TRUCK? I wouldn’t go back here. Awful experience.
