Everything was great. Except that I don't really like the weird hallway that you have to go through to pick up and drop off the car. Thankfully I have a male friend to help with that. Otherwise I would not consider this location again. Thanks!

Omar ZThe bad thing about this purchase is that when they gave me the receipt, they charged me for comprehensive insurance that I did not request. And I paid extra for something that was not included in my reservation.
DAYRON MDo not like that even with remote checkin, you have to go all the way around the building to pick up the keys. There should be a notification to staff to being the key out back after checkin. Other than that, it’s good.

MASOUD NService was excellent. Even though I could not use the Uhaul app due to poor signal, the agent showed where to drop off the vehicle and the keys. The van was clean and sufficient for my stuff. My experience was excellent all around.
VENKATA GFirst, the location we were sent to the clerk inside yelled at us and told me he did not deal with uhaul and told me to leave. We then spent about 10 on hold, then another 5-10 minutes trying to resolve it. Then we were sent to the postal annex which was 10 minutes away and out of the way for our transport, extending the mileage we needed to use. We waited in line for about 5 minutes, got the keys and location of the vehicle from the clerk, the vehicle was nowhere to be seen. We go back inside, get told to wait in line, wait in line for another 5 minutes, all for the clerk to ask their partner who said it was parked in a different parking lot. Uhaul easily wasted an hour of our day just trying to get the rental. Once the rental was found, it smelt of urine inside the cabin. Aside from that it was functional and relatively clean inside. The emergency parking break release was also busted, so it is good we did not have to park on an incline.

Gustavo RWhen I arrived at the location to pickup my 10ft truck van I had to walk over a football fleid to get it. They daid it would be out front. Once getting there a noticed the inside of the cab was not clean, plus the back cargo area was not any better. The mileage was off by one mile ( I let the go) I had to keep the truck van two days longer because I was the only one moving stuff, took longer than I thought. When I returned the truck there was a few people in line so I waited. Even when I did get to the front and gave them the key, they would not go out to the truck van to inspect it right away. Know I know why. I put 20 dollars back into gas tank, bringing the gas gauge back were it started. They charged me a extra $131.00/in gas This place is a rip off Don't use the u- haul place to rent you're next move. Thomas
