FABIOLA GUhaul promotes direct vehicle pickup using a mobile phone reservation but this did not happened for me at this location, still had to go inside store and complete transaction. Took an extra 20 minutes to get the key and go due to wait line for postal customers, not uhaul customers.
Matthew SThere is conflicting information on the website and app regarding hours of operation. I scheduled a truck to pick up at 9:00 AM on the website and we only informed a couple of hours before that time that I would not be able to pick-up until 10:00 am. I was also informed on the app that there was keyless entry to the truck and where to find it. This facility stores trucks behind the building so I had to wait in line to get the keys. UGH
