GREG HThis location is a bit confusing. It is in a large strip center so there is no place to park the truck near the drop off location. You have to find a place out on the street to park the truck and then walk to the storefront - essentially a block or two. Once there, the drop off process was as easy as handing the representative the key and leaving. I would use this location again now that I know where to park truck.
DAWN SI think a better parking space. This location has great folks managing the office but the parking lot in the back doesn't seem to be very conducive to self park and I had the store manager having to do it. I didn't have anything negative to say about this location so I had to find something to whine about. Sorry :-)))))
