Gustavo RWhen I arrived at the location to pickup my 10ft truck van I had to walk over a football fleid to get it. They daid it would be out front. Once getting there a noticed the inside of the cab was not clean, plus the back cargo area was not any better. The mileage was off by one mile ( I let the go) I had to keep the truck van two days longer because I was the only one moving stuff, took longer than I thought. When I returned the truck there was a few people in line so I waited. Even when I did get to the front and gave them the key, they would not go out to the truck van to inspect it right away. Know I know why. I put 20 dollars back into gas tank, bringing the gas gauge back were it started. They charged me a extra $131.00/in gas This place is a rip off Don't use the u- haul place to rent you're next move. Thomas

Arthur CTruck cargo interior and ramp were both very muddy. I understand it was raining recently, but I spent an hour mopping and cleaning the truck.

krystal wHad to accept the truck a couple days early to ensure I had a truck on the day I needed it. Too many people leaving California. Truck had good features but suspension so stiff it was painful to drive when empty. After filling truck the ride was better. Had good power and everything else good.
JOHN BThe truck was filthy and I should have known to inspect it instead of take the word of the person who was telling me it was brand new and clean. There was a layer of dusty dirt on the dash, visors and floor and it smelled like smoke. The windshield was also hard to see through because it was dirty on the inside. Better cleaning next time would be appreciated.

Brian Vthis was one of the worst U-haul experience i have ever had. I reserved a 10 foot truck and when i showed up, the did not have a truck available. after waiting for 20 min the front desk lady who was not on the phone trying to talk to some u-haul support. Went to the back where she apparently found the truck we were looking for in her back lot.
