the app is so slow... uploading pictures takes a minute per picture and theres 5 we need to upload in order to drive the car. otherwise the rest of the process is smooth

I do have an issue with the additional equipment provided. I asked for an appliance dolly? But was provided a flat dolly. I was also charged for a furniture dolly.
