The location was fine, but I won't be doing business with U-Hall anymore because you made the choice to go. â€œwokeâ€œ I was embarrassed that you wrote on the side of all your vans. Some thing about â€œabolishing slaveryâ€œ we haven't had slavery in over 250 years, so why would you bring that up? You had better be careful or your company will go the way of Anheuser-Busch and targetâ€¦ I will find another rental company like Penske, or somebody else that doesn't force me to drive around and some thing that I don't support, you should be ashamed of yourselves and fire your marketing firm â€¦ I am forever done with U-Hauljames L.
The rep was curt in her communication, probably due to having been left with the responsibility of having to clean the truck. I asked for a number to U-Haul headquarters so that I can let them know about the unfortunate conditions of the truck, she just kept saying that I should have used the link to report it.I asked her if she would like to go with me to see the truck and notice that it was a long-term situation that could not have been created overnight. She curtly said, "No. my husband is coming and I can not leave the store unattended." I understood. She took possession of the key. did not offer a number for HQ as I had requested. I left the store and searched for the number myself and connected with an excellent rep on the phone: Ms. Quantia. Fantastic rep!Bertha H.

Check in process could be easier. Lock boxes are outdated. Trucks are visibly older. My appliance dolly was not included. Had to use the utility dolly which was not useful.Oscar B.

The truck is in need of mechanical maintenance. The front end needs an alignment, the steering wheel is clocked 15* to the drivers side. The maintenance light came on about three hours from my final destination.JEAN PAUL R.

The person I was greeted by wasn't very polite. I felt as though it was inconvenient and customer service was absolutely not a priority for this guy. He didn't have the appliance dolly I had requested and he said I could go to other uhaul locations to see if they one.Michelle P.

The app-based process is really tedious and in need of serious streamlining. Distance between key box and truck is large. Also, location details in terms of truck pickup could and should be provided well in advance of arrival (like at time of booking).Michelle M.

The lock box didn't open easily enough with the code and had to get assistance. The app is great but should've been quicker and easier to use.Christopher F.
The most unhelpful and disrespectful group of individuals. They were not only technically challenged, but had no regard for other people's time. They took 1 hour to upload a photo, and while they navigated through the challenge of uploading they kept being condescending with rude remarks. It really ruined the the moving experience and I would NOT recommend this local dealer.Safia K.

The truck was dirty. Representative said I would have to wait a few hours before it would be cleaned. I showed up on time. I was not going to wait. SO much for following Covid 19 regulations regarding cleaning. Representative said he would not charge the insurance, but he added it. He never took it off. I have him on video stating he would take it off and he did not.Edward A.

The only thing I have to say about this location was when I was telling them about the ants story and how dirty the truck was he told me it wasn't his locations fault and that I needed to contact U-Haul like he didn't really care.Denise W.

There was issues getting into the lock box / using the online process. Had to call uhaul after hours and they figured it out after an hour. The lady I spoke to was amazing!Eric D.

That truck had a colony of ants in it. Didn't realize it til I got the truck after a few hours cause the passenger kept getting bite and we saw that it was infested with ants. Please check that truck. It was to late to take a picture. Other that it was ok. To damn expensive!!! I want ever use uhaul, I rather go to enterprise and rent a suv.OMARR M.
