Arrived at 4:40 PM well before the 5:00 PM closing time to drop off a rental truck, but the staff member was entirely unhelpful, unprofessional, and unable to provide clear directions to the location. Instead of assisting, he was visibly rushing me out because he wanted to close up early. Treating a paying customer with this level of disrespect and impatience is completely unacceptable. This experience has ensured I will never use or recommend this company again. Requesting follow-up from the District Manager.
