Gale BI did not like my u-haul experience. This was my first and last time. It's too expensive. When I told other people I paid $95 to rent the truck for 1.5hr. Everyone said it's a rip off and too expensive. The guy was nice to rent the u-haul but took too long. Plus the truck was hard to drive. I couldn't find a u-haul local to rent a pickup truck or van. They only had the 10' box truck or larger. I would not recommend u-haul.

KATRINA EThe service at Postmaster Plus was excellent when making the reservation and when dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and well maintained, except for 1) very dirty windshield, 2) very dry, ineffective windshield wipers (if it had been raining they would have been DANGEROUS!. Otherwise vehicle very good. The "contactless" pick up process was not smooth. I arrived exactly on-time (9am) but the app kept telling me "your authorization is under review" with no further explanation or reasons. I attempted to use the "call me back" support but it came too late (see below). After over 15 minutes the app finally let me proceed to get the keys and the truck. This part of the process with that app was smooth and fast. I was very frustrated waiting 15 minutes with no explanation of what was going on? I attempted to use the app to return the vehicle, but after 4 or 5 attempts I gave up. The app would crash/exit every time I took the picture of the odo/fuel??? So I went into Postmasters Plus and the owner helped me immediately (he took care of the return).
Mark HVery unhappy with the remote Pick up. There was a problem with the app. Problem getting signed in to the website to get the truck picked up. Took two and a half hours on the phone to get this truck picked up. Will never do remote pick up again.

Lisa DI arrived at 10:15am to pick up the truck ; I did not leave until 10:47am. The lady told me she did not have the materials I had requested and needed to void my previous contract. It was very hot that day and I would have preferred to start earlier. She was also letting me know I needed to tell her the number of miles; however I wasn’t sure if I’d be making one or two trips so I did give a smaller number. She insisted I fill up the tank and I told her I didn’t mind being charged for the gas however she was very curt when insisting I fill it up. I only wasted less than half a quarter tank this I did not. I don’t mind being charged for the gas. I didn’t not like the service or communication style here. I have used U-Haul in the past and they’ve always been very professional.

GREGORY GIt's not fully stocked like a storage place. There is only one person at the counter to assist. She was very nice. The truck wasn't swept inside, and the gas was not half of a tank when I got to use it. I'm sure it's because the location is not a full fleet uhaul location.

raquel GI had difficulty opening the locker. When I called customer service they said you need to keep moving the letters up and down and keep trying. These lockers should be changed to new ones so customers don’t have to struggle opening them. By the way it was raining on that day while I was struggling to open the locker. At the end an employee came to open it for me.

Some thing about “abolishing slavery“ we haven’t had slavery in over 250 years, so why would you bring that up? You had better be careful or your company will go the way of Anheuser-Busch and target… I will find another rental company like Penske, or somebody else that doesn’t force me to drive around and some thing that I don’t support, you should be ashamed of yourselves and fire your marketing firm … I am forever done with U-Haul
james lThe rep was curt in her communication, probably due to having been left with the responsibility of having to clean the truck. I asked for a number to U-Haul headquarters so that I can let them know about the unfortunate conditions of the truck, she just kept saying that I should have used the link to report it.I asked her if she would like to go with me to see the truck and notice that it was a long-term situation that could not have been created overnight. She curtly said, "No. my husband is coming and I can not leave the store unattended." I understood. She took possession of the key. did not offer a number for HQ as I had requested. I left the store and searched for the number myself and connected with an excellent rep on the phone: Ms. Quantia. Fantastic rep!

AL FCheck in process could be easier. Lock boxes are outdated. Trucks are visibly older. My appliance dolly was not included. Had to use the utility dolly which was not useful.

KISHORKUMAR DThe truck is in need of mechanical maintenance. The front end needs an alignment, the steering wheel is clocked 15* to the drivers side. The maintenance light came on about three hours from my final destination.

ELAINE AThe app-based process is really tedious and in need of serious streamlining. Distance between key box and truck is large. Also, location details in terms of truck pickup could and should be provided well in advance of arrival (like at time of booking).

They took 1 hour to upload a photo, and while they navigated through the challenge of uploading they kept being condescending with rude remarks. It really ruined the the moving experience and I would NOT recommend this local dealer.
