The customer service was rude. They did not have an appliance dolly that we had reserved. The customer service at the location was the worst I've ever had with Uhaul. You had to walk in weeds to get to the truck. The employee did not even walk us to the vehicle, we had to locate it on our own. I am very disappointed with Uhaul and will definitely consider other options next time we need a truck. I would never use this location again.

The owner tried to charge my card an extra $30 for no reason. When I left the truck, he told me everything was fine. About 30 minutes later, I got a phone alert that they had charged me $30 without explanation. I had to call the bank, dispute the charge, and provide them with the e-receipt as proof.

Truck has obviously seen better days. Drivers side sun visor fell off while driving down the road. What I initially thought was a dirty steering wheel turned out to be a decomposing steering wheel. There was bird excrement on the drivers side door arm rest and potentially “best” of all, the air conditioning stopped blowing cold air once the truck hit 40 mph and would only resume cooling after letting off of the accelerator. Not my typical U-Haul experience.

The person who rented the U-Haul told us that if we came before the stipulated time to get the car, he would refund our money. Since I wanted it for hours, but he demanded that we do it for a day, and when we arrived to drop the car off at the establishment, he said he wouldn't return anything, and that he never said he would return anything. I picked up the U-Haul at 11 a.m. and dropped it off at 2:39 p.m. It's not fair.

When I first arrived at this location I was very surprised that this was actually a liquor store. Putting the oddity of a liquor store (of all places) renting out vehicles to people aside, I was surprised to learn that upon my arrival at 1:03 PM that the door was locked. Being that my appointment was at 1:00 PM, I was understandably confused. After tugging on the locked door, I see a woman who I thought was an employee come to the door, and point me in the direction as if I needed to walk to a back entrance to enter the location. Doing this turned out to be fruitless, as upon looking for a side door I saw that both the sides, and back of the store were empty with no one around. As I walk back to the entrance of the store, I'm then rushed by the store's attendant, who claims he was by the Uhaul Van checking it prior to my appointment. This is false because I checked the van out myself before I entered the store looking for any obvious damage that I may need to mention when I got to the counter. The attendant locked the door and simply vanished with a customer (not me) inside of the store gambling her life away on the unlicensed gambling machines located inside of this store. I didn't chose to do business with Uhaul to be sent to a sketchy store, and also be greeted by an annoyed employee simply for asking why the door was locked when the sign clearly says "This door to remain unlocked during business hours." I should also be able to bring my child inside of the store with me, without having to be worrying if they'll drive the car off , or worse, get taken because I cannot let them enter a LIQURO STORE when all I'm trying to do is get a Uhaul. This location should have never been allowed to rent any sort of vehicles. Imagine the absurdity if you were able to purchase bottles of tequila, or vodka inside of your local Hertz, or Enterprise. All it takes is one tragic mistake. Do the right thing, and vet your locations a little better. Then 9' van itself was also very dirty, with a rubber mat in the back that was covered in grime, dirty, grass, and leaves. Thank you.

Outside of the truck was dirty and dusty. Also the inside of the drivers side wasn’t clean but it was all ok because I was able to note that in my check in process. Truck worked well and the gentleman that helped me was very helpful.

A hostile and drunk person lives on the parking lot that threaten to kill me and other around. This location is dangerous for anyone alone. Security needs to get involved and changes need to be made this area is 100% unsafe. Person living followed people around treating people if they look at they he will stab and kill them or if they do anything to his dog they he will kill them.

My rate would go to your employee Thomas that helped me after two failed attempts to rent a U-Haul from two different locations .Thomas made it happen after an entire morning of explaining, almost crying for not being able to rent the truck that I had reserved. One of the most confusing U-Haul pick up locations I've ever been to. It was literally inside of run down liquor store. Would 10/10 never rent from the location for U-Haul again just cause of this experience

Reserving the vehicle online worked fine, but the app had issues. Getting the keys was difficult. I feel like some of the things required like taking a picture of my license and snapping a selfie could have been done in advance. It delayed the entire checkout process. I could not upload all the pictures of the vehicle, the app quit responding during upload attempts, I tried multiple times. I verified the additional dolly and blankets were in the vehicle. At this point I got in the truck, drove off and started packing my things and never successfully finished the checkout process. I requested a 2 day rental but for some reason it put me down as 24 hours, not 48 hours, the final bill was a bit of a surprise, I didn't expect to pay as much as I did. Checking in the vehicle worked as expected, I was able to take pictures, upload successfully and drop the keys in the drop box. I think the checkout process could be streamlined a bit and overall the app needs improvement.

When picking up the truck, I knew it wasn't an actual Uhaul facility but I wasn't aware it was inside a liquor store and had to go in there to handle the transaction. It was a great experience just would've been nice to know to look out for the liquor store.

Ww were told that my reservation was canceled and my husband needed to open his own reservation. After taking the time to open a new reservation we now have 2 charges from Uhaul and no resolution. We have been told that we received a refund but it was sent to the wrong card. This has been a nightmare.

It’s a liquor store. The gentleman was very nice. The truck had a bald right front tire I noticed at the gas station while filling up. I requested a dolly to rent, he didn’t have one and said he would remove it from my rental. When I returned the truck in Colorado they asked me where the rented dolly was which was on my contract…..

I never rented from this location before and never will again. I rent uhauls all the time for my business and am used to the mobile check in. There was no instructions saying I had to go inside to check in. There were plenty of trucks sitting in the lot so I was trying to check in and there was no info on how to get the keys. So I’m on hold forever waiting to speak to customer service to help. Since it was taking so long I decided to go inside to see if maybe they could help and to my surprise you have to check in inside. The woman behind the counter said my truck wasn’t ready yet, that her husband was checking trucks in. I didn’t see anybody outside while I was waiting or when I walked across the lot to go inside. At this point, after sitting on hold with customer service, I’m already 20 minutes past my appointment time and she asks me to wait another 10 minutes. I ended up finally getting my truck almost an hour past my reservation time. When I made the reservation I estimated 30 miles. When I checked in she put 50 miles and charged me extra. When I got the truck the driver seat belt didn’t work and at that point I was already so late I didn’t even bother going back for a different truck. I will NEVER rent from here again.

The Indian man that works there is hard as hell top understand. He charged me for the rental of six blankets but never gave them to us, which we realized later that day. There was a tire maintenance light on the dashboard lit up that had not been addressed. The truck road great and we had no issues on the road.

The desk is inside a liquor store (weird) and there are no clear signs outside. I rented a dolly and it was beaten up, there was only one available so I ended up taking it because I need it. Apart from that, the 15’ truck was ok.
