Thomas PReserving the vehicle online worked fine, but the app had issues. Getting the keys was difficult. I feel like some of the things required like taking a picture of my license and snapping a selfie could have been done in advance. It delayed the entire checkout process. I could not upload all the pictures of the vehicle, the app quit responding during upload attempts, I tried multiple times. I verified the additional dolly and blankets were in the vehicle. At this point I got in the truck, drove off and started packing my things and never successfully finished the checkout process. I requested a 2 day rental but for some reason it put me down as 24 hours, not 48 hours, the final bill was a bit of a surprise, I didn't expect to pay as much as I did. Checking in the vehicle worked as expected, I was able to take pictures, upload successfully and drop the keys in the drop box. I think the checkout process could be streamlined a bit and overall the app needs improvement.
Todd HOne of the most confusing U-Haul pick up locations I've ever been to. It was literally inside of run down liquor store. Would 10/10 never rent from the location for U-Haul again just cause of this experience

LORI BA hostile and drunk person lives on the parking lot that threaten to kill me and other around. This location is dangerous for anyone alone. Security needs to get involved and changes need to be made this area is 100% unsafe. Person living followed people around treating people if they look at they he will stab and kill them or if they do anything to his dog they he will kill them.

Claire JOutside of the truck was dirty and dusty. Also the inside of the drivers side wasn't clean but it was all ok because I was able to note that in my check in process.Truck worked well and the gentleman that helped me was very helpful.

Jacquiel RWhen I first arrived at this location I was very surprised that this was actually a liquor store. Putting the oddity of a liquor store (of all places) renting out vehicles to people aside, I was surprised to learn that upon my arrival at 1:03 PM that the door was locked. Being that my appointment was at 1:00 PM, I was understandably confused.After tugging on the locked door, I see a woman who I thought was an employee come to the door, and point me in the direction as if I needed to walk to a back entrance to enter the location. Doing this turned out to be fruitless, as upon looking for a side door I saw that both the sides, and back of the store were empty with no one around.As I walk back to the entrance of the store, I'm then rushed by the store's attendant, who claims he was by the Uhaul Van checking it prior to my appointment. This is false because I checked the van out myself before I entered the store looking for any obvious damage that I may need to mention when I got to the counter. The attendant locked the door and simply vanished with a customer (not me) inside of the store gambling her life away on the unlicensed gambling machines located inside of this store.I didn't chose to do business with Uhaul to be sent to a sketchy store, and also be greeted by an annoyed employee simply for asking why the door was locked when the sign clearly says "This door to remain unlocked during business hours." I should also be able to bring my child inside of the store with me, without having to be worrying if they'll drive the car off , or worse, get taken because I cannot let them enter a LIQURO STORE when all I'm trying to do is get a Uhaul. This location should have never been allowed to rent any sort of vehicles. Imagine the absurdity if you were able to purchase bottles of tequila, or vodka inside of your local Hertz, or Enterprise. All it takes is one tragic mistake. Do the right thing, and vet your locations a little better.Then 9' van itself was also very dirty, with a rubber mat in the back that was covered in grime, dirty, grass, and leaves.Thank you.

Since I wanted it for hours, but he demanded that we do it for a day, and when we arrived to drop the car off at the establishment, he said he wouldn't return anything, and that he never said he would return anything. I picked up the U-Haul at 11 a.m. and dropped it off at 2:39 p.m. It's not fair.

Isis STruck has obviously seen better days. Drivers side sun visor fell off while driving down the road. What I initially thought was a dirty steering wheel turned out to be a decomposing steering wheel. There was bird excrement on the drivers side door arm rest and potentially “best†of all, the air conditioning stopped blowing cold air once the truck hit 40 mph and would only resume cooling after letting off of the accelerator. Not my typical U-Haul experience.

About 30 minutes later, I got a phone alert that they had charged me $30 without explanation. I had to call the bank, dispute the charge, and provide them with the e-receipt as proof.

HAROLD LThe customer service was rude. They did not have an appliance dolly that we had reserved. The customer service at the location was the worst I've ever had with Uhaul. You had to walk in weeds to get to the truck. The employee did not even walk us to the vehicle, we had to locate it on our own. I am very disappointed with Uhaul and will definitely consider other options next time we need a truck. I would never use this location again.

LAURA RIt was a bit hard to find the location/know where to park the UHaul truck since it was dark outside. But the Potranco owner was friendly and helped us through the process.

James SWhen picking up the truck, I knew it wasn't an actual Uhaul facility but I wasn't aware it was inside a liquor store and had to go in there to handle the transaction. It was a great experience just would've been nice to know to look out for the liquor store.

After taking the time to open a new reservation we now have 2 charges from Uhaul and no resolution. We have been told that we received a refund but it was sent to the wrong card. This has been a nightmare.
