Our rental time was at 8:00am, key was NOT in lockbox. We called help desk to change the time since the location opened at 10. Customer Service was very very nice and apologized. We ended up getting the uhaul at almost 11. When we returned it they charged us $30 in gas when we had put gas. I have used Uhaul many times in the past and this location was the worst.
Juan BI would recommend this location because of its easy mobile pick up to friends near by but would let them know not to expect a clean vehicle. It was a hot day moving boxes to storage but had to ride with the widows down because of the stick in the cab.
JOE ZI was charged for gas and I refilled the truck have photos
