I was charged 39 for the uhaul rental and then another 30 for the miles which were 31. This means that I was charged $1 per mile, plus gas. I filled the tank to just below half and then the pic I saw of the estimated fuel was well below where I actually filled it. I don't know why I have to pay for miles and gas. Double charge is not acceptable.

How U-Haul Reviews Work$220 for $54 trip. It doesn’t make any sense to me why I’m being charged four times the amount I am going to dispute this until I get my money back. It is not gonna slide.
KEVIN GIt rained and there was a huge section of water that made it almost impossible to get to the vehicle. Also the vehicle wasn't turning on. I struggled for at least ten minutes every time to try to get it to start. When i called to let them know they said i need to call roadside assistance. Nothing was done or offered to try to make it right
Polo CThe place we picked up the truck was fine, but it was not the place the truck was originally supposed to be. The truck we were supposed to pick up was never returned so we had to scramble and find another truck much further away and after a few hours of waiting. it causes us to be a day behind on the move and we were compensated a whole $40 for our trouble. Wow.
jane cWondering why this location charged me $98 this morning. I will contact in the morning..no other issues
