I was unhappy with customer service. The lady at counter was a bit indifferent and wouldn’t answer questions unless I repeated them several times. It’s not my first time renting with your company, or this location. I truly trust your equipment and have had good service. I make all reservations the same, omitting additional insurances or equipment, but she added the $15 safe move charge and I am positive she didn’t ask, so she modified my reservation. My daughter was with me and agrees that she never asked us to add stuff. I didn’t check receipt because again, I trust the company honors what I reserved. I’m going to try a different location near me and hopefully get the service I’ve come to know from Uhaul.

Only for the fact I was told I would not be charged mileage under 50 miles. I was well under and still was charged mileage. Do not like the bait and switch, I would not recommend, U-Haul if this common practice.
RICARDO PThere was such a narrow entrance into the parking lot to drop off U-Haul. Not a sufficient amount of space for a large truck to pass.
michelle rThe location is awkward to access and requires making a very sharp turn in front of a liquor store with parked cars. Hard to access with a 30 foot truck and the liquor store says collisions with the building and nearby poles are common.
ADRIAN SThe experience was horrible. When I picked up the truck the visor one of the visors are broken. The key itself I had an issue. It kept not turning to turn it on. This truck should not even get off the lot at all and I feel like they overcharged me. I understand that. I a couple hours than I thought I needed more but I still feel like overcharged and I need to. I want to talk to a that someone is over so I need the U-Haul to call me so I can talk to somebody about this issue
