We were 4 minutes pulling into the store then proceeded to fill the gas tank up completely and then was charged for a extra day. I could understand 15 minutes or more but 4 minutes!! That is ridiculous!!David M.
The young lady at the location was very unhelpful and rude. She stated it was a 24hour location only. I am not sure what that means but I had preregistered online and done everything including uploading driver's license before coming in. If it is in fact a 24/7 only location then the website needs to steer you towards that option. If it's not in fact only a 24/7 location and you are supposed to be able to pick up your vehicle and pay a PERSON then that girl needs training and definitely has no idea how to provide any level of customer service. Jerry, the representative I spoke with was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable and got everything sorted out for me after he had to pull over into a parking lot and help me because the young lady could not be bothered. She stated several times quite rudely that she was not a uhaul representative however she does represent uhaul if she is the person I have to deal with to get my rental. Someone should inform her of that. On top of everything else I was overcharged for my fuel and I have before and after photos to show the fuel levels and milage. I am not sure how to request a refund and I didn't even try with the girl on site since she was pretty much useless when it came to even the basics.Ernest O.

My experience with my pick up was horrible. I set everything up online then upon my arrival I'm told I have to download an app on my phone and basically redo the entire set again in the store. The app glitched and did not give me my code but still charged my account. I showed the employee at the counter and she claimed she couldn't do anything without the code. I had to call the 1-800 number and waited to be passed on two more times before finally having a UHAUL rep tell the lady to go ahead and give me the keys. I scheduled to pick up at 9am originally and did not leave until 10am. Some things are not necessarily always better with technology and removal of the human element.Eric P.

Guy had no clue how to dispatch. Took 45 minutes. When I had already completed the entire pre-check.Katherine C.
I did not have the additional items I ordered with my U-Haul rental truck, which were dolly and furniture pads. Had to go buy both of these items instead. Could not reach anyone to talk to at U-Haul via phone, live chat, or email. Rental truck had issues with front driver side tire and rental truck has dent in it from previous usage and had no way to document previous damage. My entire experience was awful and will probably not ever use U-Haul again or recommend you to anyone who asks.JUSTIN H.
