Smooth return, very friendly staff, easy location for drop off in Poulsbo.
Kyle T.No one answers the phone. It goes straight to a voicemail that no one responds to. I tried to call all afternoon and evening the day of my rental to see if after-hours drop off was feasible. I called UHaul reservation line and they were not able to provide the information. The only place that could provide this info would not answer the phone. I had to wait the next day to return the vehicle. I could have had the truck to the location the same day of use and available for the next customer if someone would have just answered the phone.

Tracy B.Gas gauge was not half a tank, sounded like there may have been a problem with the wheel bearing but I was not for sure. I am not sure if vehicle is being routenly inspected. I should not be charged $5.00 for battery assistance as this should be routenly inspected. I should not be charged $14 per day for insurance as this should be a one time fee. Not a fan of companies that price gauge and nickel and dime me.
Lanna C.Just a quick note about the truck itself. It was awesome! Very comfortable. Above expectations on power. 9.9 out of 10. The only ask would be for auxilliary connection to link cell phone music to the speakers, and for the low fuel light to come on at 50 miles instead of 25. Other than those very minor points, this truck far exceeded my expectations. Awesome trip thanks to awesome truck.

Wayne J.Charges cleaning fees when they give you a dirty vehicle in the first place. Will be disputing the charge. Equipment not in good condition mechanically. Brakes shot, lights on dashboard. Employees too busy socializing to actually pay any attention to what's going on. This is a gas station that seems to cater to people living kind of rough nearby.
Heather G.Customer service was terrible. Was given a dirty truck and then charged a “cleaning fee†when it was returned in the same condition. She even said “sorry about the mess, we just get booked so tight we don't have time to clean them.â€

Dennis G.The process of having the Customer use a Cell phone to photo the ID id flawed, the app did not work. And after many minutes of trying, the poorly trained staff had to enter the info manually. Staff had trouble operating the Car trailer hookup, and did not help in return of the trailer. And then complained where it was parked, even though it was exactly where it was in the morning. Recommend better staff training and lose the Cell phone app.

Steve H.The fellow who helped us was excellent! But he had been left by his manager (owner?) without enough training to do his Uhaul job. He was running the gas station store and calling for help while trying to help us. 5 stars to him, poor job on the manager.

KEITH I.I rented the auto transport and loaded my 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid SUV. After driving it onto the trailer I could not open the door and had to climb out the window. Other than that it trailered nicely.

Shantanu T.The woman who initially was helping me was exceptionally rude and short with me. When I finally said "what the heck? do you not even want to rent to me?" she threw up her arms and said she wasn't going to help me and told the manager to kick me out. I've never been treated so poorly. The manager, understandably at first defended her as a nice, kind person and would never act that way. I confirmed that she did and explained some of the things she said. He finished the transaction and was polite and professional. I'm a mental health therapist. Believe me, she was extremely inappropriate.
SHELLEY W.This location have extremely reasonable rates compared to the rest in the region. Some of your locations in the Seattle area charge excessively. However Poulsbo location was perfect fine. Very nice customer service and very responsive to communications. Thank you
Richard P.This was absolutely the worst moving experience in my life. Picking up, our truck was “stolenâ€, so we had to drive 2 hours out of our way to retrieve another. After now being behind and our 26' truck loaded, we noticed a puddle of gear oil on the ground repositioning, called roadside assistance and the sent a contractor. The truck was deemed “unsafe†so I had to unload it, then swap it with another in Sumner WA. We arrived 8 hours late to our destination. Rebecca and Gerald with roadside were helpful but this tragedy could have been avoided. Inspect the underneath, brake fluid leaks, seal leaking, etc. OBVIOUS issues, before breaking spirits and backs. Thank you for listening…I hope.
