It was a 2200+ mile trip. After the first 100 miles the A/C started to blow warm air. It was a terrible experience driving that truck so far and no A/C. The Truck was a big let down. I will hesitate to rent a Uhaul truck in the future. I have to rate the pick-up location a 1 star for not checking to make sure all the features of the truck were working correctly. It was brutal, stressful, highly uncomfortable, to spend over 40hrs driving across the country and not have working A/C.

How U-Haul Reviews Workconveient but limited drop off space. hard to find a parking spot. Attendant asked me to back into a very tight spot. I declined to do so and Attendant took the truck and ended up parking around the other side of the business. I could have parked it there LOL. No receipt or proof that I dropped it.
Doug HMy experience was great. Uhaul makes everything so easy with the app now. Staff at the pick up location were wonderful.
DARYL CNo improvements needed -- all very good and easy.
Greg RI should have been instructed to drop near my home if I was suddenly no longer going to be paid for delivering here!
