I didn’t pick up where I went to rent the truck. The location I reserved the truck is a UHaul rental sight and on my way home.
Lance WThe staff were friendly and helpful. I came in with the truck to return and they told me I was good to go. But the truck didn't get checked in until the next day and after two calls to UHaul. The location was just a gas station, so I was unsure if there was something sus with the return or what. But it got resolved and I was okay with that. But the experience in picking the truck up in Portland felt much more polished. That said, the two staff at this location were friendly and easy going.
JOHN DLocation was not ready for me when I arrived to pick up the truck as I had to wait as employee went out to do a quick once over on truck.. Truck was not cleanish, as there was dirt and debris all over the cab and splinters all over the box. as I had to wait as employee went out to do a quick once over on truck.
Sean CThe truck had bald front tires, and split retread. Every time the truck hit bumps in the road, the ABS would go off, taking away our ability to use cruise control.
