Location was not ready for me when I arrived to pick up the truck as I had to wait as employee went out to do a quick once over on truck.. Truck was not cleanish, as there was dirt and debris all over the cab and splinters all over the box. as I had to wait as employee went out to do a quick once over on truck.

The truck had bald front tires, and split retread. Every time the truck hit bumps in the road, the ABS would go off, taking away our ability to use cruise control.

Trisha MI originally rented a truck from a location much closer. My location was changed because the truck “might not be available” at the location I originally booked. If the truck is not available do not allow me to book it. It was very frustrating to reserve a truck nearby only to be told the day before that I will need to drive and extra 30min to get the truck I reserved.
