SHANNA LIt took 4 phone calls and 2 hours later a service supervisor showed up and was helpful. 30 min later I was on my way.

Charles FI was told the truck was full but it was not entirely full. I only drove it 11 miles and needed 4.7 gallons of gas to fill it up. I was probably short 3 gallons of gas to start. I should have pointed it out to the customer service person when I took the vehicle but I didn't.
