Very friendly and helpful staff! Van was a Ford, and it worked great for 3 days of running around picking up building supplies. It held a LOT of cargo, engine was powerful and got great gas mileage. Couldn't be happier. Thanks!

DONALD HI have the U-Haul app but it wouldn’t work and this location closes at 4:00 each day. That was frustrating because I couldn’t check in to pick up my reserved truck. Fortunately, the Chevron employee was extremely friendly and helpful and he got it taken care of and got me on my way!

CHARLES KThe trailer worked well and met my needs. The service I got when I ordered the trailer was exceptional. The only complaint I have is when I went to pick up the trailer the Sunday staff was not trained well enough to process me. After spending about 15 minutes waiting for the one person that knew how to do the task I finally got the rental information processed and the trailer hooked to my vehicle. The employee that did assist me was very knowledgeable about how to do the rental and trailer hook up processes, but was hard to understand and not very customer service oriented.

PETER RJoy was especially helpful in explaining everything. With patient good humor! The truck’s headlights were badly misaligned so that the low beams shined just in front of the bumper. Scary on the freeway as it got dark. The high beam setting shined where the lows are supposed to, and we got home safely. Joy was going to make sure that was corrected.
SARA MReally bad customer service,, they made no effort at all to be helpful or explain anything. The truck was ok and I was able to move what I needed to and returned truck within 24 hours. Still waiting for a final invoice so I don't know the final charge.

ERIN NI was glad to have the truck warmed up and the windows were already defrosted. I would have liked to be reassured verbally that the mileage and the gas tank were recorded before we left. I did find it on my email.
DOMENIK DThe employee barely talked ti me and just pointed out the truck I rented. He did not complete a check out process and the truck was in so tight I had to duck to get under the mirrors. I figured out the app for check out the truck on my own.

JAMES ZMuch more expensive than other local U-Haul dealers and tank was at 1/8th of a tank when I picked it up. Gas price of the station of the dealer is 50 cents higher than Safeway 2 blocks away. Clearly a rouge to make you buy expensive gas. I won't rent from here again, will go North Kitsap Storage where none of these issues have happened before.

JAY MDifficulty communicating with staff. No walk around & no fuel check. It's important to comprehend rules. I am so grateful that I had spoken directly with uhaul. That explained and fielded questions.
BARBARA PI reserved one unit and then changed my mind at the store -- they accommodated my request without delay. I dropped it off a day early, and they processed the refund quickly. It is a good operation. I have rented there four times now.

STEVEN BWhy have reservations if you don't honor them for the location reserved? We are moving, and in a time crunch. We reserved two trucks near us 3 weeks in advance, and arranged to have many people come help us load our piano and household goods at a particular time. The day before we get a call that the trucks are not available at our location. We need to drive an hour away at least to pick up the trucks! That is two extra hours of driving on the day we need to drive our household goods to our new location 12 hours away. Something wrong with this picture!!! We don't need that added stress of having to reschedule everything with so many people. Next time we will try another company who will honor their reservations.

Jordan JBe more informative. I had to ask the questions instead of the checker just letting me know about renting the truck. The pricing, the gas replacement, I even took pictures of the truck in case there was a question about its condition. The vehicle was really dirty and the truck bed had rocks and tree bark in it. Inside the cab was dirty also. The person didn't go over anything with me. But because I have rented from U-Haul many times I knew what questions to ask. I was very displeased with the information I wasn't told. .

Shannon MI reserved the 10 foot truck 10 days out from need (2 day rental reserved at 19.95/day). When I arrived to pick up the truck I was told it was not available. They told me I could rent the 15 footer and would have to pay for the 15 foot size (29.00 versus 19.00 per day). I asked them what was the point of making a reservation? They told me it was the other customers fault and there was nothing they could do to help, even though I had reserved the 10 foot, 10 days earlier. I suggested they give me the 10 foot rate for the larger truck and they said they could not do that. They told me I had to call corporate. I did call corporate and they agreed with me and credited my account, though I think they only credited one day. The lower panel on the steering column (encasing emergency brake handle) fell off on to my legs while driving. Very unsafe! I understand that stuff happens, but in my experience that is part of doing business. I struggle to understand how myself, being unrelated to the other customer that did not fulfill their contract, should pay for the extra cost. Folks at this Haul location do not understand the concept of "customer service" and are representing Uhaul at an inferior level.
Doyle CI had scheduled to pickup at gig harbor but was told I had to pick up from Poulsbo. Friendly workers but had some difficulty in communication with language barriers.
