The drop off hours are very convenient. Used it before but it was after hours. This was the first time to interact with a person. Dropping the key off was a bit weird. The guy didn't acknowledge me for a bit then took the keys without saying that was all. Didn't know if he needed anything else. The location did not report the vehicle being returned. I got a call from customer service. I told the lady when I returned it. She responded, â€œwell I hope it's there because if not, you'll have additional late chargesâ€ as if I were lying. I immediately corrected her saying it was dropped off. She still seemed skeptical. Follow up calls Evard if the vehicle is okay, but I didn't not appreciate the skepticism.Heath R.

I have worked with U-haul in the past for several moves in-town and across the country. I had originally booked my moving van for a corporate store, though due to un-availability they booked me at a neighborhood store. Upon getting to the rental location, the customer service point was starting to drive away and was unaware that we had a reservation for that day. He kindly stopped and went to help us. Due to lack of knowledge about the computer system it took ~ 1 hour to finish the reservation. I then left with the equipment. The following day, I received a phone call from the costumer service representative stating that he in fact didn't perform the reservation right and I would need to do it over. He was able to do it over the phone so I didn't have to come into the store but it was inconvenient due to the fact that I was knee deep in packing. Overall, this location did not have the appropriate training in order to efficiently rent u-haul equipment.Abigail O.

The location is inside some sort of welding/frabricating shop. Not the cleanest. Also I thought I would get a credit because I returned the truck 2 days early. I can't seem to get a receipt showing any credit.vernin F.

The trailer was clean but two of the tires were severely low ... One was at 10psi ( with a nail in it ) the other was at 20psi .. The trailer wouldn't allow me to go faster that 50 mph without swaying out of control.. I unloaded it on the side of the road and put everything in the front on top of my motorcycle to see if it wasn't loaded well.. Made no difference ... Wheel bearings going out ? Or need grease ? ... The lady that rented it to me was amazing as well as the uhaul manager on 6th street in Amarillo .. Helped me find a trailer when the other store had one available but was broke down and not rentableTHOMAS C.
Only problem is that I dropped the trailer off after one day, but the trailer wasn't check in electronically through the U-Haul system until 5 days later resulting in an extra day charged to me. Not good.Mark O.
