I had a very bad experience with them. They had given me false information regarding prices when you drop off the truck. They had said by dropping off at a certain location would be cheaper than a closer location but they had charged me more.

I was called way before I was supposed to pick up the truck and looked 2 weeks ago and the price went up $200.00 dollars. I will go through a moving company next time there a lot cheaper in the long run

The agent was arguing with the person who dropped off the U-Haul. They customer claimed the agent was trying to scam her buy not giving her her deposit back. The customer called someone, the agent eventually handed over the deposit.

The manager there saved me! Another UHaul rental place in Carson totally screwed me over on day of rental!!! UHaul did last minute scramble to direct me to this location. The manager stayed past office hours for me. He was late to pick up his kids just to make sure I was satisfied with all my truck rental needs. Amazing!

I did not recieve the supplies (dolly and furniture pads, but I was charged for the supplies). I called customer service on the day of the rental and was told it would be removed, but it wasn't
