Couldn't sign in and when we finally were able to 2 1/2 hours later and found out where the key was supposed to be it was not there. The truck was just not the key. Total failure on your part. It should never have taken nearly 3 hours to get my truck. Had to go to separate location.Jennifer B.

I called and tried to file a complaint on the grove ave. drop off. This place shouldn't be a uhaul. The equipment I dropped off wasnt properly checked in and was stolen from their wide open no fence lot. I was told the owner or manager of this location would call me. They did not. If I dont receive a call in the next week, I will never use uhaul again. And I'm going to tell the world this is the way uhaul does business. I've been a life long uhaul customer and have spent alot of money with your company over the last 35 years. This is the worst uhaul location ever.David M.

The man working behind the register was pleasant, professional and very friendly to deal with. The 26' truck was perfect and had under 3k miles. The problem was with the tow dolly and person that brought it out from the back. He had me hook everything up and walked off to hose down the sidewalk. No walk around, no paperwork, no reserved furniture pads. I got home and checked the taillights and the left one was not working and the exposed wiring was taped together. The right taillight worked but fell off somewhere between Kansas and Indiana. Only wires were hanging out when I arrived at the destination.shawn W.
Took almost 2 hrs at pickup site to just rent a 6x12 trailer. Trailer was very dirty and then had a flat tire post loading the trailer.KENNETH M.
The biggest issue is customer service and attention to detail. This location is a neighborhood convenience store. Staff doesn't know how to use the POS system. It took 2 phone calls and me helping to get the vehicle assigned. I had reserved a dolly..this location doesn't have them. No one checked the gas or ODO readings, I realized on return that they rely on customer. They could not print or email me a copy of the contract when we picked up the vehicle so I couldn't verify them. Vehicles are â€œprotectedâ€ by blocking them between poles and dumpsters. The guy who should have been helping was napping in his car. Returned vehicle on time in accordance with our reservation with gas added to level checked out....and when I finally received an emailed copy of the receipt I had been double charged for rental and insurance for being â€œlateâ€...and charged for gas plus a $30 fee. Only good thing was the efficient and courteous help I got from @uhaul_cares. They verified my reservation times and I provided the gas receipt, and the charge to my CC was adjusted.Sidney L.
This was by far the dirtiest, cheapest, and most dangerous location for a rental pickup. The cashier, though she tried, had never processed a rental. The store sold all sorts of drug paraphernalia and was surrounded by people standing outside drinking. I received no paperwork, was told all of my receipts would be online and received nothing in my email. I received various notifications that my rental had been updated and what was originally a 4x8 trailer was changed to a 15-foot truck, a 10-foot trailer and back to my original purchase with various location changes along the way without any input from me. Would recommend UHaul not using this dealer ever again.Justin D.
you look bad having your equipment at that place the ones at the place tire store couldn't read the guy on the phone \ laptop at home had me tell him my info to him when the phone was on speaker and every one at the tire shop I sure had there pen and paper out taking note . so unprofessional if you all keep that location open then that means someone need to be let go there not doing there job if you would like more info call me 8179269333 my name is ED PachecoEdmund P.
Take a cash deposit instead of using a debit card cause I have 2 pending transactions that add up to $455 when I was only charged $55.ivory W.

The place is very dirty. A woman was arguing with staff outside. There was no room to park at all and it was hard to tell it was even a U-Haul location.lea H.
Lights didn't work, appeared that employee didn't know what they were doing, we had to disconnect the trailer ourselves and we were overcharged. Lot's of cars running with radios blaring in the parking lot, people hanging out, cars in the way of where we needed to put trailer. Appeared to be a drug ring.Alice G.

The pick up location was just not in the best area of town. They gave me great service but some people may not feel comfortable with going into this area. I was ok with it.Gary G.
