Today in May 20/2025, we went to pickup the U-Haul truck that we already reserved and there was an issue but the person was there was so helpful and immediately fixed it without waiting! And truck was clean and in a perfect shape. I recommend this place for truck rental and for sure I will return when I need for moving! Thank you so much for excellent customer service!

The back on the truck had a lot of dirt and muddy foot prints, the equipment was missing even though I was charged for it, and it was not easy to navigate the parking lot in a big truck. Service hours were very short for Friday and Saturday so unable to assist with the missing equipment without delaying the move. Ended up going without a dolly to move appliances and now have to wait for a refund from customer service. Was also sent to another location to pick up a dolly and that one also didn’t have it which wasted another hour of my time instead of moving. Very frustrating experience.

Scott FWhen I signed up for the rental there was an added charge that I opted out of on my computer however it was placed back on and charged for when I received the bill. Attempting to access the system to get passwords was tedious and redundant. The truck was beaten up. It ran but would not win a beauty contest.

Robert LI had reserved a vehicle to be picked up after hours. While on an extended call with customer support regarding a glitch with the app, a man approached and identified himself as the owner. He bizarrely told me more than once that I could not pick up a vehicle after hours, even though the vehicle was staged and ready for pickup. Rather than attempting to help, he made the choice to be highly unpleasant and provide false information. On a positive note, Jenn with online support was extremely professional and helpful.

They were easy to contact about a drop off delay and were overall great to work with. Will use again for any future moves (god I hope I never move again!)

John HThe vehicle was quite dirty in the cargo area. Specifically dirt/soil. The truck is quite worn, front wheels relatively rusty and smelled heavily of cigarettes. In addition I had the cargo light on for approximately 10 minutes to load something and the battery died.
Jeremy JThe whole experience was about as expected. I arrive early to the location. The store front looks like I walked on the set of Hoarders. The truck likely could had historical tags on. It shook like I was returning from space and entering the Earth’s atmosphere if I went above 30. Needless to say I was in good shape do to it being a local move. The dollie I requested was not available so I was handled a hand cart. I mean sure that was a swell gesture but let’s be real that thing was not made to move furniture or appliances like the appliance dollie I reserved. I return the truck early, fulling it prior to returning to the level it was prior to renting. The associate behind the desk tells me to leave to the keys and he will check it in whenever. Fast forward a day later the truck is finally checked in and natural some fuel has evaporated over night. I appreciate the additional $12 charge. I would rate this experience below average for the only fact the truck didn’t catch on fire or spontaneously explode. Customer service was miserable.

SCOTT SOnline app kept closing at check in and out. Location was old and run down but truck was good.
Willard GLocation was not clean, well lighted or paved. Equipment was over 110000. I have rented 4 times from haul in the last 3 years each time the trucks had over 100,000 mile and I felt they mechanically were not in the best shape. A cleaner safer environment to rent with cleaner and better equipment would improve the customer experience.

Lars EOh, I had originally had a scheduled date and reservation at a location closer to my home and I found out they moved it. Once I pick my vehicle up, I was supposed to have the truck for 24 hours and the gentleman at the desk told me I only had the truck from 10 AM until 10 PM. If I would’ve known I was paying for only 12 hours I would have booked elsewhere for a full 24 hours because that is what I needed it for. I ended up having to rent a Home Depot truck the next morning to finish my move because I did not have enough time. I am very upset with the fact that I had to come out of pocket and spent more money when I was originally supposed to have the truck for 24 hours. The last thing I would like to come in on is after I left I check the back of the truck shortly after leaving and I realize there was no Dolly which I had paid for one so I had to take my time to turn back around and ask the gentleman for a dolly and he tells me he is sorry and he forgot to load one up for my reservation.

Elaina Mthere were no personnel present and the self return experience had no support at all, and was frustrating. I was almost late taking friends to the airport. Also, I had no way to give feedback nor have any support. Given a frustrating pickup experience and moving helpers who were a no-show, that I already prepaid on the Uhaul website, I was already running behind schedule from having to unload my own truck with a bad back, so this was not a good experience and Uhaul was not helpful.
