Customer service was ok. Location looks like absolute garbage. They need to read their orders before hand to know if they need to go borrow equipment from another uHaul location. I shouldn't have to go out of my way to get equipment I reserved a week in advance.

Make sure you check your billing statement. I had been charged for items I didn't ask for. The bill was corrected. I will use this company again, they were helpful in solving the billing problems.

Understaffed. Man who eventually appeared was rude and unhelpful. He did not provide all of the extra materials we reserved. UHaul is obviously not his primary business and customer attention was not a priority, Lot for trailers is a mudhole. Very unsatisfactory. There are a number of other locations that would be more customer friendly. At initial encounter, person tried to send us to a different location, saying he did not have a reserved trailer. Grumpy and unhelpful.

i drove the truck 38 miles and was scared the entire time. .the steering was extremely loose and when i told the vendor he said this truck goes out every week and nobody has ever complained

I was charged for insurance that I did not want. When I complained to management, I was told it would be adjusted and removed, although he said it would be a lot of work for him. He never refunded my money. Very disappointing and very poor customer service.

The inside of this 6 X 12 enclosed trailer was dirty, including broken glass. (Mirror). Otherwise, everything worked well.

We left our return open so we could return to a place closest to us. The main office sent me a text of where I was returning it that I did not agree upon. And when I called to cancel it I had to call 2 different places and was on hold forever. The place I returned it to was great. We picked the closest place to where we were.

The sign up on the internet was a little confusing. At one point I was directed to an establishment at E290and Lakeshore that is no longer in business. I finally picked Power line in Mentor Ohio. I could not be happier with my choice. I got there and my truck was ready. The gentleman at Power line was extremely nice and accommodating. Everything went very well. I would recommend Power line to anyone who needed to rent a truck.

The personnel could acknowledge you when entering, even if on the phone. They were not very courteous. I did not get a paper receipt and I can't get the emailed one on my computer. You could also find a better location. There was no room for parking and too many other businesses in the area.

I was supposed to have an appliance dolly on the truck . When I called they said the reason why was because we didn't have any. Well as a courtesy when they called to confirm I would've thought they should've told me then. Because know I have to rent another one on a different day which is now more money.

A newer and cleaner trailer it had damage to the fenders. Needed bigger safety chain hooks. Had to take quick link off and run chain through hole on my hitch and reattach to make it work. All in all it worked and didn't break down.

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone for questions about me being charged $60 more than I thought it would be! I am trying to get reimbursed and cannot get ahold of anyone who can help me. Absolutely ridiculous!
