The front brakes were bad. Initially thought it was corrosion from the night of rain, but it almost felt like brake material had warn away. The mobile check in app for U-Haul was awful. Numerous errors uploading simple pictures. I’ll go with a human instead. The app was a pain, and I work in tech so it isn’t a “don’t replace humans with tech” problem.

Pick up was difficult. It was confusing since I thought I had completed the check in from home. Customer Service was able to assist, but acted like I should have realized I was creating my profile.
