The only reason I would recommend this facility is convenience. It saves driving almost 30 miles to Pace, FL. Otherwise, there is NO drop box for leaving keys/paperwork, when called the staff was very nonchalant about the turn in process, grass needed to be mowed and it took 3 days of calling to reach someone.Joseph C.

Make sure the trucks are cleaned better. I know its the person renting responsible for cleaning.. But if they dont i thought it charged $25 .. The mostellers is clearly taken the $25 & still not cleaning up the messes.Heather G.

No office looked to be a home. Had to come back to retrieve an item left in the truck. Phone number didn't work and no one was there when I returned. But the truck was unlocked so was able to retrieve my item.gayle S.
Return Uhaul Saturday morning no one came outside the assist with the return so I left it with key under the driver seat. The man was so rude and unfriendly he hung up on me when I attempted to callPaulette B.

You should send an undercover uhaul manager to go through the process of picking up something there. Then try to call them to make a modification to the reservation. Unavailable, uninterestedâ€¦ very poor customer service.William B.

I ordered an appliance dolly, a furniture dolly and a dozen moving pads. None of these were provided and I didn't learn about this until after I picked up truck and complained. I was told they were removed from the contract because they weren't available. Who rents a 26' moving truck without an appliance dolly!? Almost impossible to load and unload a refrigerator without it.Mark W.
I am all good with people having a side hustle but it should at least be professional. I picked up the truck from someone's home and while the woman was polite it was a very unprofessional atmosphere. The truck was not very clean and a beer can caps in the truck trailer and a broom leaning against the front of the cab. I was not happy but it is what it is. Then on my way to my destination I got caught in a rain storm. The windshield wipers did absolutely nothing regardless of the speed I set them on. Also the headlights were on and you could not even see them unless you pulled up to a traffic light and could see they were on against the vehicle in front of me. I spent 100 miles switching from highbeams to lowbeams which in todays world is crazy. This was not a very good experience.Bill D.

Equipment very dirty red clay everywhere dude work there tried to charge $50 to cancel reservation and U-Haul don't charge cancel reservation that is fraud I will not be going there anymore if they cannot keep and maintain clean equipment it should not be there I know Uhaul you getting money but people really don't care about y'all equipment and it showedKenny G.

I do not know what I was charged for at this location. I turned in the truck by 5:30 to the location I was told to. I put the correct amount of gas in it according to contract and instructions by personel at pickup location.Arlene S.
Got held at gunpoint. Knocked on the door of his house after couldn't get the lock open for drop box for 24/7, Mr Powers came and yelled at me that it was private property and to leave, then slammed the door. I knocked again and the next time he opened it he had a pistol in his hand pointed right at me and asked if I wanted to get shot. Not very professional. Just wanted to ask a single question about the lockbox. Completely ridiculous. Absolute clown.Matthew L.

I was charged 250 to rent a uhaul and they want give my refund I have been going back and forth with uhaul and the bank for days and still haven't got things resolved I will never rent from them againWYTERIA J.
Almost did not get my reserved trailer due to UHaul's card payment issues. Made reservation online, drove an hour with my hired help to location to be told the payment portal had been down for days off and on. She then let me pay with cash, which she normally didn't allow, but was 25.00 more than rental fee, although I got that back when I dropped off trailer. However, was told in order to pick up my "deposit" I had to be there at 4pm, not before because she wouldn't be there. Also, they close at 430pm. So very small window. My hired help wound up dropping off trailer earlier and then driving back out to get the cash. In the end, I got the trailer, and lady was kind and worked with me on the cash thing as it wasn't her fault that the payment portal was on the fritz, but it was a bit stressful thinking the whole thing almost fell through after driving so far with hired help in tow. I definitely recommend calling beforehand even with online reservation.Christy Y.

I understand Covid-19 is very real and will respect social distancing guideline as I work in the business industry everyday! However there was no assistance with anything! We even had to submit our own photos of the Uhaul being attached! No assistance hooking anything up! Terrible communication and unprofessionalism skills when calling the number that is on Google for our location! This was simply an act my family and I had to figure out luckily I had assistance hooking it up and unloading! The Uhaul itself was amazing just not the business services!NOAH G.
You should know this place is on property that is not paved. I found previous customers just dropped there rentals anywhere causing more issues for others. Everything went smooth. They have a man that will come help you hook up and make sure it is right. Be sure to bring an adapter as the rentals have a flat trailer harness.JOSEPH M.
