There is always room for improvement. Having said that Markasia and her team were excellent to work with and helped us immensely in what turned out to be one of our most challenging moves. The team at Pray it Forward was responsive and accommodating even with all the recent weather events. I highly recommend this team for your future rental needs.
ARTHUR ZThis location had very poor service. Had to speak with 6 agents over the phone before being able to get the rental. Took over 2 hours to get the rental. Location was also not very clean and/or welcoming, multiple pests.
Tiara MThis place was very unprofessional and will not see anymore of my business. My order was transferred to this location. They found out that they didn’t have the keys to the truck after I had checked out. It took 45 mins to get a replacement truck. Then, it took 10 mins to get the keyboard setup after I walked in and waited for 5 mins. One of the workers came downstairs eating a bowl of cereal. This was a very unpleasant experience.
