The location is great but the process of reserving and picking up the uhaul was awful. I had to call 4 different people to get my truck. It's ridiculous to offer online reservations and pickup but then I can't do it on my own, and I have to call so many different people to even get the truck I reserved almost 2 weeks prior to the pickup date. I'm very disappointed with uhaul.Stephen R.

The truck was really dirty inside and out. I would recommend having it full of gas not 1/4 to start. But I would rent again even with those small problems.William H.

Ryan and his crew went above and beyond to make the end of my trip take my mind off the beginning. Clean office, clean lot, helpful staff in unhooking and parking unit. James, who lives in Groveton TX. picked up auto transport on 10/9/2021. Christopher, who lives in Baton Rouge La. was the principal contract. Chris needed to transport 1988 Mustang Gt from Lufkin TX. to Baton Rouge, La. The rental went well and we are pleased with equipment and service. One note, I haven't received confirmation email stating for the record that I returned the auto transport at 11.00 a.m. to Location Airline/Choctaw Baton Rouge, La. It's. The guy that runs the uhaul place at 803 north university drive is a scammer. He wrote down incorrect mileage. He said I went 46 miles when the place I took the uhaul was from my house to the storage unit which is not even 2 minutes down the road. He is a terrible person, and I absolutely would never recommend anyone go there again. Worst experienceBRANDON C.

They rented me a car dolly that was completely missing one of the lights and refused to refund my money. I had to call the area manager and explain the situation to get a refund on the car dolly that I wasn't able to use.JOHN F.

The truck was unclean. It was smelling bad in the car door hair and I found a cockroach inside the car. It was not good condition there were damage and Scratches. I cleaned myself and my wife and I have prove of everything pictures and Video. The rental pick up has another trucks but he doesn't. Want to give me when I ask him the good one. Don't have them waiting. I was so disappointed with the service, but there wasn't anything that I could do except wait. Don't go back and forth with the customer if l say l need a code, that's what l need and they (U-haul) is telltale l don't. I am the one at the locationâ€¦not you.TINA L.

Did not have the dolly or furniture pads I had reserved and paid for. Did not confirm my truck the day before as I had been told they would because the business was closed. I had movers waiting and had to call around and search for a location that had pads, then drive over and get them across town. I don't understand why I was not notified that the location I reserved did not have pads. This delayed my move. The man at Precision Auto Clean did not seem particularly concerned with my problem. The place I found the pads, Blaylock Storage, was far more prepared and well stocked for u-hail customers.Carrie N.

Maintenance of vehicles!! The unit i had the AC was not working. Drove 300 miles one way in the rain with humid temps that caused the windows on inside to fog up. The 300 miles back was miserable in the heat of the day.GILBERT MADRID R.
