ALBERT PAbsolutely Nothing! These people are amazing! I have been there three times to rent the Uhaul and will go through them every time. The men are respectful and connected the Uhaul themselves. When I returned (a day late), he came outside before I even got out of my truck and he parked and disconnected the Uhaul for me. I even had to change my payment method at last minute notice and without exchanging any words, he did it instantly. I paid in cash and the original amount that was put on hold instantly went back on my card. I will be using them every time I need to haul something.

Maranda WComplaint Regarding U-Haul Reservation and Additional Charges Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent truck rental experience. When I arrived to pick up my reserved truck and appliance dolly, I was informed that there was no dolly available at the location. I was directed to another location to obtain the dolly, which required additional driving and use of fuel. This inconvenience occurred despite making the reservation more than a week in advance. Upon returning the truck, I was charged for being two gallons short on fuel. This charge did not take into account the extra fuel I had to use due to the need to drive to a different location to pick up the dolly. Given these issues, I find it hard to recommend U-Haul to others. The experience has been frustrating and felt unfair. I hope that U-Haul will consider improving its reservation system and customer service to avoid similar issues in the future.
Michael WIssues connecting to site to return the truck. It would not let me take the pictures to verify the trucks condition until I shared my location. Shared my location several times but it kept saying I was at the wrong place. Eventually had to download UHaul app to share my my location and upload the pictures they asked for.

Cindi WWe booked a local pickup & drop off because the recent price hikes were ridiculous. What cost me less than $200 we’re now almost $500. Renting a stack of a dozen blankets was more than doubled to $50. I’ve been a frequent customer of UHaul in the past 2 years. But if these prices continue I’m ganna have to start shopping around.

Allan BMy only complaint, which is fairly minor, is that the rubber stripping around the outside of the windshield was loose in places. I had to tape it down to keep it in place.

Allan BIt was real quick...walked in rented trailer with ramp, kept it 2 days and returned it no problem, in fact we should have rented this trailer last week instead of truck...it would have been cheaper too....

DAVID HI was told that I would be able to keep the truck two to three days, but was not contacted to see if I would be keeping the vehicle an extra day. When I contacted them to tell them I would need the truck a third day, they told me it was not possible. They had already rented it without talking to me first. Then I had to turn the truck in before my 24 hour rental was up.
