I just understand the advertised $19 and then 163$ bill afterwards seems like a scam to me won’t be using this service any longer.

The rear driver side tire was flat when I went to pick it up, I had to back the trailer around to where they could put air in the tire. 3 hours later the tire was almost flat, called the place I got the trailer and they told me to call roadside assistance. I did, the guy who showed up was awesome but I had to wait 1.5 hours to start a 19 hour trip from Texas to Michigan. If the tire would have been fixed properly before I left the place I picked it up, I would not have had to set around and wait to start a trip that long if the trailer was serviced before I arrived. I had to stow the attendant that the tire was flat to begin with or I would have left their business with a flat tire. I know yall aren’t going to do anything with this information but here it is. I was also asked if I wanted additional mileage for $45 ??? And for additional insurance but didn’t care to send me off with a flat tire. Did not care about that it was flat and kind of indifferent about them putting air in it. That is what roadside assistance is for but still in their parking lot.
