A little confusion when I dropped off. The young man said I didn't need to come in, that I was good to go. I waited for him to bring my contract back showing that it was all turned in and I didn't owe any. By the time I figured he wasn't coming back out and went in to check, he had shredded the paperwork. So they had to print a receipt with zero balance and I had to find a receipt on my phone for what I paid. Paperless does not work for me. I understand the confusion, but you can bet I won't let something similar happen again!
