Trailer was very dirty, inoperable marker light, door was hard to open and close.

My problem with the Uhaul experience is, I make the reservation in my name , I pay for it and gave you my email address, but you put my husband's name on every correspondence. You call my phone and ask for him, you send text messages to my phone with his name on it. If I give my information I want my name on it.

This truck has exhaust leak at the engine. Dealer is aware but says uhaul would not repair it. Carbon monoxide in cab is gonna kill someone. Had to drive with window cranked down to get fresh air. At least the A/C worked good. Dealer was good.

I went to this location because the last time I used it the workers where extremely nice and friendly absolutely love the first experience, however this guy that I dealt with this time was super cold . Almost as if he was annoyed by my presence which I didn’t understand being that I was putting money in his pocket absolutely no customer skills . I was literally scared to call him and request another day because of his energy. Dude could definitely work on his customer service skills for sure .
