Bad experience, I requested the 10’ truck at guest the agent told me he had it, few hours later he told me he didn’t and I had to rent the 15’, the truck was dirty and had dog hair, and I’m sure they charged me cleaning fee, and extra charges that I didn’t asked for, I used the truck for 2 hours,. When I came back I saw the 2 10 feet parked and they were there when I rented the truck. I pad $72 my bill should have been way less without the extra charges and the original truck I wanted to rent.

U-Haul is a side hustle for them but it works. They are professional, the shop was clean and they took care of me promptly. Checked me out in a friendly and timely manner. Kudos
