Make sure that the interior of the truck is trash free.
Kelvin MWe encourage a seventy five dollar fee for insurance that we did not sign up for and the owner was quick to remove when I called. However, he had the wrong phone number.So I never received the contracts, and the big issue is, once he removed the seventy five dollars he also changed the return location. It wouldn't have been a big deal except we had driven over twelve hours, unloaded, and then we're trying to find the location. A little bit of a mess.
Chris UI ordered the 9’ van. Was going to be $150 with the mile prediction. I reserved it 2 days in advance. Said all was good. Then I get there at my scheduled time and they don’t have it. So they have me take a 10’ and charge me $320 claiming they couldn’t do anything for me about the price. So being that I was in a timing conflict. I had to just shell out double the money
