I ordered the 9’ van. Was going to be $150 with the mile prediction. I reserved it 2 days in advance. Said all was good. Then I get there at my scheduled time and they don’t have it. So they have me take a 10’ and charge me $320 claiming they couldn’t do anything for me about the price. So being that I was in a timing conflict. I had to just shell out double the money

Wendy TPrices total higher than what I booked online. Truck broke down on me and I was delayed for hours. I was told by customer service I would have a free day. But when I dropped the truck off I was charged for the extra day. I asked to remove safe drive and they stated they couldn’t take it off and it would be refunded after truck was dropped off. I called the location and the guy was mad rude and told me he can’t help me to call the 1800 number.
