We reserved furniture pads and were told they would be in the truck. They were not. I was charges $10 for these pads and would appreciate a refund. When I dropped the truck off in Lincoln, NE I was told they would not be able to help me. ??

Improve your technology app since it took over an hour to complete the U- Haul order. The app constantly failed and Kevin the CSR had to start the process over and over again and when the information was loading it was not instantaneously.
