The vehicle was low in oil and the location refused to do anything, “we don’t have anything to do with the trucks” I was told. He was also very rude when asking questions about my contract. I asked if he had the contract and he refused to answer, only asking the same question about insurance multiple times. When I said “yes, just like the contract”, his reply was “was it that hard?”. He also didn’t have the furniture dolly I requested and once again stated “we don’t have anything to do with U-Haul”. He said it would come off my contract but no concession was made. I also needed to add a driver to the contract but he “couldn’t”. After calling the 800 number, I was told I had to take to a location to fix. I took it to 620 corporation in Medina and Brett was very helpful, even though I didn’t even rent the truck from him. I would recommend 620 a lot, and refuse a pickup at precision.
