For some reason the U-Haul location did not have any of the items except the truck I had requested, and did not notify me until I arrived to pickup the truck. This forced me to go to another location to get the items I had to have for the move, delaying me and costing me time and money as I had movers waiting on me.Seth S.
The place was horribly run down and dark inside. Waited 20 minutes for the guy to play tetris with the trucks so I could get the trailer I ordered. Guy did not wear a mask had to help guy lift trailer because it was stuck in the mud. multiple people just standing around waiting for service as nothing was accessible.Cody R.

Equipment [trailer] was OK and clerk was a nice enough man. Problem for me was with the condition of business building and parking lot. General appearance of building not good, and bottom of handle on front door was broken off. Parking lot [gravel] had so many puddles that you had to walk through water and mud just to get to the building.Saxon S.

Service was questionable at best. The guy working there was rude and impatient. Then he gave me the wrong key and locked the door behind me while he was in the bathroom. Had to wait 5-10 more minutes before i heard him saying FUCK as he came up to the door to deal with me.Mike G.

The vehicle was not cleaned out from the previous user. There was a partially eaten Snickers bar in the passenger side door, an empty snickers wrapper also in the passenger door and a blow pop wrapper and stick in the center console. I was unable to report it at the time because I did just get in and start driving without checking the text message that was sent. We reserved a 26' truck 12 days in advance only to be given a 15' truck at check-in. We had to take two trips which took much longer than we anticipated. The manager at this location refused to give us the $50 Reservation Fee, saying he wasn't familiar with the policy, even after I showed him the website. He made it seem like he was doing is a favor by giving us a refund for the difference in price between the truck we reserved and the truck we got. Truthfully, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this location.Jackson P.

The shop opened an hour late. The owner took about 20 min to process the 5 people in front of me who'd been waiting since before 7am. All of us had preregistered online and he didn't or would t work with that function. There was NO process that even resembled what was promised on line. I and others in front of me lost money and time on moving crews waiting on us. Also the scheduled times I put in online were changed to 12am and the. 12pm. I called this location the afternoon before to let them know I actually had entered 8am. The online tool is useless and it doesn't function at least with this provider. The check in process to pick up my rental was awful. I used the online to reserve a truck and instead of gathering my information to confirm prior to pick up i was only offered the opportunity to guve my information when i was ready to pick up the truck. Which inthen had to wait 45 min until my information was verified. This process should be done before a Confirmation is sent. This process was NOT covid friendly.Sherene J.

I was overcharged on mileage. I took a picture of the miles and had to show the guy to prove I only went 54 miles but was charged for over 300 miles. Than I was told I need to go to call customer service. I was so upset. I feel like the guy should have handled it when he saw my proof. This was my worst U haul experience ever. The owner at this location was ridiculously rude. After I did him a favor by picking up the truck earlier than I had booked, on his request I was shocked he would be so rude. I had forgotten a padlock on the back of my truck after returning it. I called him because I wanted to give him a heads up and the combination so he could remove it. He told me that it was my lock my problem and he wasn't going to do anything with it. I thought that was ridiculous so I asked what if I couldn't come get it, as I'm in the process of moving obviously. He told me he would call the police. So I dropped what I was doing and rushed over there. I arrived 15 minutes after the first call, and when I arrived he told me that he had already cut the lock, and tried to say he was just messing with me. But apparently couldn't be bothered to call me back to let me know there was no reason to come back. So not only did he waste a large amount of my time, but he also destroyed my property with no intent of even giving me a chance to recover it. Horrible person, and I hope someone actually reads this because that guy is a horrible representative for your company.Kenneth B.
