There was no one at this location, I had to wait over a hour past my pickup time and get a smaller truck. I do not reccomend this location

I scheduled the pickup for Sunday at 1130am...no one was there although the location says they are open until 12pm. The Uhaul was NOT clean EVA!! It smelled like smoke, the previous out of town drivers information was left inside, I rented a dolly and NO dolly was there!!! When I returned the vehicle, no one was there yet again on a Monday!!! Other customers were also outside frustrated. I then had to call uhaul CS again on Tuesday to ask where was my receipt for the rental that I returned yesterday!!! I would never recommend anyone to this location and I will never return to this location! It needs to be closed since no one is ever there!!! AND the fact there is a blue paper on the door saying call and text a number that no one answers is even more WHY Uhaul needs to close this location!!!
