No one was at this location. Parking the trailer was hard because there’s no parking. Seems like no body works for U-Haul except the customers renting. Cut your prices if this is the case.

The location was not open and nobody answers the phone when you call. Had to contact U-haul directly to get into the truck. Also, the trailer and furniture pads requested were not at the location and had to be delivered to us. The U-Haul support team was incredible, especially Precious and Shawn!!!

Grace SReplace nearly every aspect of the uhaul app. It is painfully poorly designed. It gets stuck in loops without feedback. UI elements have similar text and visual draw, with wildly different function. Not the worst, but bad.
