The drop off location was not open when I arrived at 12:45 pm and there were no personal available. I had to download the U-Haul app without available Wi-Fi which took some time. The lot was full of other units with no clear space to park the trailer, so I ended up leaving it in front of the building. Had there been space you could not have backed the trailer in without pulling out and blocking the road. It's the worst location I have been to.

Even though there was someone there to assist me. And he did help me out which I appreciated. However, I did not like that it was not an actual facility. The location that I originally booked with didn’t have the truck that I reserved so they switch the location to this one. I had stated in my reservation that I wanted to go into the store and speak to someone to check in, however because of trouble with the system, I had to proceed with online check-in, which still had problems. I tried multiple times to complete the payment which didn’t go through, but my card was still charged for every attempt that I made. My card was charged 6 times. And all while doing this I had to wait outside. When finally receiving the truck it looked clean so I didn’t think the check the cigarette ash tray because I don’t smoke, but while I was cleaning everything before returning the truck, there were ashes in the holder which I cleaned because I didn’t want to be charged or blame for it. It was an uncomfortable experience for me. I’ve never had to deal with anything like this before when using U-Haul. I don’t think I’ll be using U-Haul again.

BRANDI RNo one was at this location. Parking the trailer was hard because there’s no parking. Seems like no body works for U-Haul except the customers renting. Cut your prices if this is the case.
Anthony PThe location was not open and nobody answers the phone when you call. Had to contact U-haul directly to get into the truck. Also, the trailer and furniture pads requested were not at the location and had to be delivered to us. The U-Haul support team was incredible, especially Precious and Shawn!!!
