The women at the desk could not get our reservation correct. It took us 20 minutes for her to get it straight even though everything was in the computer. The moving blankets i rented were damp and in wet bags. They smelled musty and ruined my fabric headboard, leaving water marks on it.

Should be a sign Uhaul is located in the liquor store. Everything went well here except our dollies weren’t in the truck but were put on the side behind the building. Annoying but not a huge deal. Now I see we were charged double for them so I’m calling customer service Monday. Also a bunch of extra charges over mileage & over the amount of time we specified. Overall we needed a truck to move my sister & it all worked out great. I would definitely over estimate your mileage when booking online & also add extra time.
