My first location, Fast Stop Of Lexington, didn't have the truck that I needed or an alternate option despite my reservation. The gas station clerk was friendly and called customer service for me alerting Uhaul of the issue, but there was unfortunately no remedy in the city that I needed. The customer service agent routed me to Premier Furniture Outlet, located in a different city than my original pick-up, and unfortunately issues were encountered here as well as the Uhaul system was down nationwide. With all of the reservation and system issues, I received the truck 2hrs later than planned, and over 40 miles out of my way. I wouldn't recommend Uhaul at all; there's no guarantee that you'll get a truck (there we're 2 other people who encountered the exact same issue as me), the Uhaul app is clunky, and the clerks have little support depending on the location.
