Didn't get off his seat at all. Left the blankets and dolly on the ground and didn't take um to the truck. Didn't do any walk around or pre inspection. Just gave me the key and said here ya go.. I got truck home and realized we didn't have any dolly or blankets and went back in my car and they were sitting in the same place!

David MThe location is shared with a gas station so obtaining the vehilce took longer as the attendant attended to gas station customers. The truck had a significant amount of broken glass and screws on the floor wh3n I picked it up. There was also trash in the cab.
Daniel GI tried to rent from a location closer to my home but they did not have a truck available. Your customer service representative, Lynn, worked with me to find another location that had a vehicle available. When that location was further from my home, I was refunded the difference in mileage with no hassles. The location I rented from was very efficient as well. I will be using UHAUL for all my moving needs. Thank you!
Tracey AActually help your customers instead of not care. Guy was helping us and kept leaving us to go wait on customers.. very irritating… we were there for way too long. Would not help with my problem with mobile pickup

MICHAEL Swhen we brought the truck back to where we had picked it up , the store and the equipment along with keys were very nice and clean, the problem we had was with the website , the website was so difficult to navigate around.in with the taking of multiple pics and questions was ridiculous, everything else was pleasant . I had used Penske in past and all was easy. The site that you have now I would not use it..

Tatiana MThis drop off location was quite odd. The location is called, “Premium Food Mart.” Let me inform you that it is anything BUT premium. More importantly though, the gentleman working in this convenience store never checked in the truck on the day I returned it. He simply said, “You’re all set!” The next day, I received a phone message from UHAUL asking when I was planning on returning the truck! Huh?? Let’s be clear, I as the customer have no control over what a UHAUL employee or, in this case, convenience store clerk fails to do when I not only returned the truck, but in truth, returned it the day before it was due back at the exact location in the reservation. I am concerned and definitely question whether or not I would rent from UHAUL again. You never called to inform me me that you made a mistake. So the question becomes, what’s going on here?

Wayne WThat location was awful. The guy at the counter had no idea what was going on or how to help me other than telling me to call customer service. Made no effort to even look around for a key and just kept telling me customer service would help me. I even tried to help him by suggesting maybe the store had a special U-Haul area, or drawer or box things where paperwork or a key might be in. It took me almost an hour to get the key for the truck which was inside the outside lock box the entire time. I will never use that location for anything, U-Haul or otherwise! I will say that U-Haul customer service was extremely helpful. They were friendly and were probably as shocked as I was about the ineptness and service at that location.
John MThe verification system was the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. I arrived to pick up my truck, and only then did the website prompt me to give an additional contact to verify me. They took about 20 minutes to call my girlfriend and even after that, they made me give another contact. First off, why do you need my whole contact list to verify? Secondly, why wouldn’t you tell me to provide contacts the day before when I bought the truck?
Jake TReserved 17 foot truck at a location near my house. The pickup location was changed to a store much further away, without any notification. When I arrived at the new store, they did not have my 17 ft truck, or any knowledge that there was supposed to be one. I was sent 25 miles the opposite direction to get a 15 ft truck. To improve, this company could have the slightest shred of respect for customers and their reservations. The trip cost me a lot more money because I had to go far out of my way to pick up the truck from not the first or second store I was sent to, but the third. Very poor experience.

Leslie SVery shady activity going on here. Didn't give us anything to sign picking up. Fraudulent extra charges. Thankfully my husband took pictures of everything and we'll be fighting those. Truck was in rough shape, not even half a tank of gas in it. Pool of water in the back. Called customer service multiple times at pick up for help on what to do. Unhelpful. Putting us behind two hours. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.
Logan MLocation was fine, however uhaul themselves not. Took two hours to actually get the truck because uhaul didn't automatically have a pick up my truck option. Really inconvenient experience especially with the need for trucks frequently.

Sadie NI had a tight schedule and needed a 700 pick up. The store didn't open until 715. Once she arrived she made coffee first before servicing me, and the reserved furniture dolly was NOT in the van. the 1800 number told me I could get one at neighboring gettysburg road but they had none and I was forced to buy one
WAYNELAWRENCE GFix the app for non contact pick up. Talking a picture of my license wouldn't work half the time. Couldn't take a picture of the Odomiter at the end of the trip. Wasted over 30 minutes trying to return the U-Haul. Finally had to contact customer service and email them a picture of the gas and Odomiter. Very frustrating process.

Joseph PThe gas tank wasn’t even full, it was on 3/4 of a tank. When I returned the uhaul I was charged another $30 for gas when in fact I put the needle back to where it was. Unacceptable.

MARTHA AI was frustrated that I returned the truck with the exact same amount of fuel (1/8 of a tank) but was told that I needed to return it with 1/4 tank. Since I did the online check in, I didn't have a paper trail to refer to, so perhaps when I checked in the app did indicate 1/4 of a tank even though the low fuel warning came on as soon as I pulled onto the highway. So I put in an additional $13 of gas to satisfy the return process. Not a big deal, but it was a bit frustrating.
John STruck was filthy inside and out. Not sure why uhaul staff couldn’t have driven it four miles to the terminal we normally use off Wesley Drive, Mechanicsburg rather than having us drive to Lisburn Rd. Further, not sure why we couldn’t drop at Teri’s in New Wilmington as compared to miles away in New Castle. There was hardly room to park in New Castle.

carl tVehicle had been smoked in and not cleaned. Ash tray was full of ashes. The equipment I reserved was not available (furniture dolly) and I was given a regular dolly that I did not need. It was rusted and in generally awful condition. The clerk treated me like I was a burden and asked me to move aside twice so he could tend to other customers. No walk-around of the truck was done so he had no idea what was or was not present, with regard to liability. I was only going a total of 12 miles but felt the need to purchase extra insurance because this location obviously does not take much responsibility for their vehicles. This was a really bad experience and I will not return to this location.

Ramon IDo not park trucks along grass area. From overnight rain, the area to get into the truck cab was along the grass so tracked mud onto the floor area. Not specific to location but mobile check in procedure cumbersome. I had already submitted driver's license info. Doing this in the rain at 6 am along with adding contact info then having you contact a contact person at that early hour without prior notification is not efficient.

john sThe online pick up took half an hour to 45 minutes. For whatever reason the check in process was extremely slow even though I did the pre check in thing and my phone said it was connected via LTE. Once that was finally over I spent 15 minutes at the counter waiting for the key as the person did not know what they were doing and had to call for help. I had no issues with the equipment or return process (10-15 min here) but pick up was unacceptablely slow.

Robert H1 person on duty to take care of customers, truck on 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. Told the attendant where I wanted to drop off the truck. She was to busy to put it in the system so I received an email after hours to drop the truck somewhere else which I had to call and change. Shouldn't be a uhaul rental if you don't really want to. Never recommend this location to anyone. Drop off lady was 100% kind!!
Steven NVehicle I had rented not available. Scheduled for 9:30 pick up. Advised won’t be ready till 12:30 because driver was late. Had to delay movers and go to another location to pick up vehicle.

Their equipment (dolly, furniture pads) were not zip-tied (furniture pads weren't even in the vehicle) and because of that we were charged for them (even though nobody verified they had been touched during our drop-off). I'm assuming this location does this to make some extra money and expects people to not notice. If you want an easy experience and are willing to lose $10 to the above issues, go here. If not, go somewhere else.
Noah KLocation is a little tight for space but filling gas and backing into a spot and using express checkout worked well.

MEGAN TI call couple hours be for drop off of car trailer. To let them know we would be arriving, and need help, to remove the car from the trailer. We arrived, the lady said. They had no helper. Do it your self.
john fWhen I return the vehicle, I was asked why I did not fill the tank up. I stated because the person who checked the vehicle out to me told me that I had to fill it back to where it was when I got it, which was 1/4 of a tank. The paperwork they gave me when I got the vehicle also verified that the tank was at 1/4 full. Then the person told me what the price was, but said that she could not give me a receipt and that it would be emailed to me. I waited for 10 minutes and did not receive an email and therefore I had no receipt and no verification of what was charged to my credit card. Then the person told me I had to call U-Haul to get them to verify what the charge was. So I had to call U-Haul to get a receipt. I should’ve been handed a receipt to close out the transaction. This is not a professional way to conduct business. The transaction was fine, except for the person who checked me out without providing me with a receipt.

william HVery poor customer service. Would not recommend renting from this location unless you won't to be accused several times of not filling the gas tank back to the appropriate levels and not treated like a valued customer.
Sarah FThe issue here is that the same person running the counter for the convenience store is doing the truck rental. So when they are busy, like they were when I picked the truck up, that person works on getting the truck rental ready AND stopping every three minutes to sell cigarettes, soda and gas to the other customers. Terrible situation.
