When I drop the trailer off in Monroe he was very helpful look it over and said everything was good and we were done this morning i look at my checking account and I had been charged $92 dollars and change for something tried to call them but are closeLINDA P.

Just need to keep vehicles more clean. We spent 45 minutes cleaning horrible smell and wiping down all the dirt a d mud from inside. They are truly some of the nicest people to deal with courteous and get you in and out quickly. If they could just get those vehicle's clean I'd give 5 stars.lisa W.

I'm sure the experience would normally have been fine, but we were having to take pictures in the dark in a thunderstorm with lightning, and we got rather wet and were already exhausted. I understood the need for pictures, but an alternative during inclement weather would have been preferred last night.Tracy H.

It was difficult to locate an auto trailer online- had to actually go to location to find out if they had hauler available. This was true for all the sites I looked at near me and a the location that I was going to. Ended up hauling it to and from instead of one wayDonald R.

This vehicle broke down in the middle of the trip for which it had been rented and had to be towed. As a result, we had to unload it and reload onto another truck, which wasted a couple of hours time. Had we waited for a replacement vehicle, we would never have completed our Saturday project.HENRY B.

I rented a second truck from another location for Saturday. Upon return on Sunday which was after hours, the website would not recognize my location in order for me to check the truck in. All other mapping apps on my phone clearly showed that I was there. I changed settings on my phone as directed, to no avail. I called the help line and waited an hour for a call back. When the call back came, it said that I was next and then hung up.RONALD B.

Staff need to be more clear on the discount for driving equipment all the way to Jacksonville. We were told we would get a 150.00 credit but that did not happen. We were told a 25.00 discount if trailer was clean that did not happen. When I called I was told the credits would happen only after I dropped it in Jacksonville. When will the 175 credit be posted?Jay R.

The truck was available, clean inside, how ever it needs to be serviced before anyone rents it. The oil & abs lights came on. Overall it met my need.PATRICIA H.

The truck was very dirty and unsafe in light of Covid protocols. There was human hair all over the interior and obvious staining and residue from a spit cup used by tobacco chewers. We had to spend precious moving time trying to clean enough of an area inside the truck's cab just to be able to sit in. Not what I have seen from a UHaul vehicle in my previous usages.Darren K.

inform us on website when making a reservation that we need to supply the light hook up adaptor before picking up unit. I had to spend another 23.00 at location to be able to hook up lights to my vehicle. I could have bought it cheaper if i would have known it wasnt with trailer before arriving.MARK S.
When a uhaul representative gives a customer a quote, the prices should match, but in this case they didn't. Also, the equipment was full of pet hair, spills, some sticky substance and smelled awful. I had to stop and purchase lysol wipes just to clean it in order to be able to drive it. Uhaul needs to do a better job with cleanliness and sanitation of their equipment.Lisa J.

After i used the 24/7 check in, i received a message on my cell phone several hours after already loading the vehicle that i apparently took the wrong truck. I used the code that was sent to me to open the key box and went to the first26' truck i saw. The key opened the door and started the engine. Not sure how i could Have possibly â€œtakenâ€ the wrong truck. But, if the facility manager put the wrong key in the box or if all the keys work on many trucks. Better or clear instructions with license plate number would have been appreciated. We continued to move and no harm no foul to our plans, but the voicemail was alarming and added unnecessary stress.Erica D.
