I was satisfied with everything
FRANK HI returned to truck right at 12 o'clock. I put in $10 worth of gas. I was unable to let them know that I have returned it so I might have to pay $20 more. I don't know. Thank you and please let me know if I owe it $20. Thank you very much

Mike L, AC not working. The brakes are not working. I almost got into an accident. This is by far the worst rental I have ever gotten
Waled MI rented a car hauler. Someone installed tow hooks on the trailer that were too small for my car's hitch. My car is a bone stock VW Touareg. I spent 2 hours and 3 trips back to Uhaul grinding my hitch down to accept the small tow hooks. The neanderthal manager at Uhaul tried to blame my stock vehicle for the problems and wanted to cancel the rental. Uhaul should try to rent a universal trailer that will fit all vehicles and should have tow hooks that will fit vehicles other than pickups made in the USA.

Ronnie CThey over charged me for gas *82.18 worth. Luckily I took a picture of the mileage, gas and location for drop off. I contacted customer service with my concern. Uploaded the picture for proof and the customer service agent totally agreed. I was over charged. A refund was issued. I would not recommend using this location or take pictures for proof just in case.

Katherine KThe Mobil app is awful and not intuitive. It requires the user to fill in data and the take a picture of the gauges afterwards. This is timely and seemingly redundant.
Wayne BPricing didn’t match expectations I used a 1/16 of a tank and that charged me for 7 gallons there is no way I used that much gas at the rate they charged they are saying it had a 142 gallon tank. I also didn’t drive 40 miles and they said they would refund my difference. They did not. I even flagged down the police because they left a car running after they left and I didn’t want anyone stealing it.

George BThe customer service was great at the Monroe location. The trucks should be cleaned and fumigated after every customer. Our truck had roaches. I don’t live like that and was mortified to see bugs. I have had to throw away most of my furniture and all food products. I filed a complaint and have not yet been contacted. My family and I are sick to our stomach and plan to make sure that these changes are made for others. I have lots of pictures and my purchase of bug sprays and sanitizers. I definitely expect my money returned immediately. Tomorrow will be my limit on waiting for a response from Uhaul.
