Well to start they took too long to get me the truck and very unorganized.I waited about an hour to get the truck and another was the rate they gave me the wrong one instead of a in town rate they gave me the one way rate and i pay 2 times what the prize was so i need a reimbursement for the half.

james L.Arrived at location and the person working didn't know how to check us in so we had to wait for her to call lol her boss then wait another 30 minutes for him to try to check us in on the phone then when Internet didn't work we had to wait for him to come. Then once we got the truck it wouldn't start, dead battery, he jumped it. Once we got into the truck there was trash in the cab. Then after we loaded the truck at first it wouldn't start but after some time it started.
William L.The pickup was me talking on the gas station cashier's cell phone with a supposed U-Haul agent and trying to get cell reception. It took at least 30min when I had a reservation. I couldn't upload my driver's license, etc. I liked the gas price at the station when I returned it but it was not an ideal location.

DANA B.location isnt very accessible if youre coming from outside of the area, so that is the only drawback, so then when driving the larger UHaul, made a little challenging, but othewise a smaller uhaul rental would not have been a problem
