Location was changed to a furniture store. Rep was on the phone trying to make an appointment for his car. Never checked in the truck when I brought it back and I had to call to tell U-Haul it was not overdue

Samuel BThe location was okay; my issue was with the how U-Haul handled the rental reservation. The pickup location was changed the first time with no notification. When the reservation was changes the second time the picked time was not adjusted, the business location didn't open until 10am the pickup was for 9:30am which significantly put us behind schedule nor did the add an option for lockbox pickup.
