I requested a truck for $19.95 they rented me a truck for $29 instead without my permission.. at the time,No invoice was provided upon receipt of truck and nothing was mailed . At the time I ran into the truck. I saw no trucks with 1995 on it. I was unaware that the truck I was in was a 1995 charge. they did not disclose the fact that the insurance is a daily rate not a one time rate of $17. I got charged daily for every day. I have a truck. The truck sat in my driveway for six days. I’m waiting for my daughter-in-law to tell me to bring her things. If I had known of all these charges, I would’ve returned the truckd. Request requested my money back through U-Haul annd they were unable to get in contact with them. They don’t answer the phone. Do not deal with these people. They’re not honest. I would not recommend a friend to them.

You got me for +$14 but will now lose the next 5 rentals as you look at my history with U-Haul I rent fairly often and it is good money each time. But really your going to take me for $14? You made $14 but have now list $1200 plus do to INTEGRITY. Should have been honest and not greedy.
