It is a car lot just getting started in the U Haul business, but the staff members were on the spot and answered questions, etc. But I feel in time, their facility will improve. Truck was in good shape and clean and comfy.
David PWe didn’t even make it 2 miles before doing an emergency swap out. The tires were not in hogs shape, trailer was very dirty and rather beaten. It bounced all over in just two miles, seemed as if the frame may have been bent. We were taking the interstate over 600 miles there is no doubt in my mind that we would have not made it. When addressing our concern’s at Prime Motors they seemed like they couldn’t care less
