It was at night when we dropped off. The lighting was not very good. The area for drop off was not easily accessible as after hours drop off is on grass area in front of location where the business entrance was blocked by chains. Almost afraid it would get hit by passing vehicles. We didn't interact with staff since location was closed. In my opinion, key drop off easily accessible for theft.

I would recommend taking the time to ensure that the customer gets a receipt proving that they dropped off the rental. I was not presented with this by default and had to ask. Thanks for the great service though!
